General requirements for labor protection 1.1. The operator of filling stations for refueling (gasoline and lubricating oils) cars, tractors and self-propelled road machines may be persons not younger than 18 years of age, recognized as fit for this work by a medical commission, who have undergone special training and received a certificate for the right to perform these works. The use of female labor on leaded gasoline filling robots is prohibited. 1.2. The operator of filling stations hired must undergo an introductory briefing on labor protection, industrial sanitation, fire safety, techniques and methods for providing first aid to victims, be familiarized with the working conditions, rights and benefits for working in harmful and dangerous working conditions, against signature, about the rules of conduct in case of accidents. Before starting work directly at the workplace, the operator must undergo an initial briefing on safe methods of performing work. At other times of the year, in addition: a waterproof raincoat. 1.6. When registering an operator for work by order of the enterprise, according to the act, refueling equipment is assigned to him, which is transferred during two-shift work to a shift operator with an entry in the shift acceptance and transfer log. 1.7. Filling stations and points should be equipped with special storage facilities for petroleum products, gasoline and oil pumps, fire extinguishing equipment: fire extinguishers, sandboxes, shovels, hooks, tarpaulins, asbestos canvas, etc. 1.8. Tanks for storage of petroleum products must have tight lids, stoppers, closed with a key. 1.9. To repair containers and measure oil products, to open taps and plugs, in order to avoid sparking and a possible explosion, only copper-plated tools or tools made of strong non-ferrous metals should be used. It is forbidden to use a steel tool for this. The drain pipes of the dispensing taps must also be made of non-ferrous metal. 1.10. Tips of drain hoses must be made of materials that exclude the possibility of sparking. 1.11. Manhole covers of drain wells must be opened at the time of draining oil products. All other times they must be closed. 1.12. It is not allowed to operate tanks for storage of petroleum products with faulty breather valves. 1.13. Drain hose ends must be grounded. 1.14. In order to prevent the occurrence and effect of static electricity during the movement of gasoline through pipelines and drain hoses, which can cause an explosion of gasoline vapors, all metal parts must be grounded. 1.15. Lighting fixtures must be in an explosive design. On the territory of a filling station or point, only explosion-proof hand-held electric storage lamps of the miner's lamp type are allowed to be used. Use of other flashlights such as "flying mouse" is prohibited. The refueling place must have illumination of at least 50 lux. 1.16. The admission of unauthorized persons, as well as operators in a state of intoxication, to the territory of the gas station is prohibited. 1.17. Fire safety rules, telephone numbers of the fire brigade, the nearest medical center, administration, as well as warning signs "Flammable", "Do not burn", "Entrance to strangers is prohibited" should be posted at the gas station and gas station. 2. It is forbidden to wash your hands in gasoline, kerosene, and also wipe them with a dirty rag and sawdust. 4.4. If leaded gasoline comes into contact with the skin, it must be immediately washed off with a clean cloth soaked in kerosene, and then washed off with warm water and soap. 4.5. If leaded gasoline gets into your eyes, seek medical attention immediately. 4.6. Places on which gasoline has been spilled should be wiped with a rag soaked in kerosene, covered with sand or bleach solution. 5. Safety requirements in emergency situations 5.1.
