General requirements for labor protection 1.1. Each worker, upon entering a job, must undergo an introductory safety briefing, and when transferring him from one job to another (at least for a short time), as well as from one workshop to another, he must undergo a safety briefing from the foreman at that workplace, which he will serve. 1.2. When working on a braiding machine as an operator of a braiding machine, persons at least 18 years old who have undergone special training and instruction in accordance with this instruction, which provides for safe work practices for operators servicing braiding machines, are allowed. 1.3. It is the responsibility of the braider operator to learn and improve safe working practices. 1.4. Perform only assigned work. 1.5. Dangerous places of the braiding machine are the places of weaving, rotating spindles, impellers, the gap between the upper web and the impeller, the tip of the exhaust shafts, gear, chain and belt drives. 2. Labor protection requirements before starting work 2.1. The V-belt transmission from the electric motor to the gearbox, the rib gears of the exhaust apparatus must be protected by a solid metal case attached to the frame. 2.2. The impeller gears of braiding machines from the side of workplaces and aisles must be covered with shields attached to the upper web of the machine 2.3. On braiding tables, the sockets of the drive heads must be protected. 2.4. The handwheel of manual passage on machines of the type LP, ShP must be securely fixed on the axle. 2.5. Make sure that the workwear is in good condition, fasten it with all the buttons, put the hair under the headdress, tie the scarf at the back, without covering the neck, remove the ends. 2.6. Check your workplace, make sure it is adequately lit and not cluttered. 2.7. Check by external inspection the presence and fastening of the ground wire and the absence of bare wires. 2.8. Make sure that the machine is in good condition, its starting braking devices, the presence and serviceability of safety guards, guards, rotating and moving parts of the machine 2.9. Check whether the handle for manually turning the impellers is working, make sure that the technological equipment is available and in good condition. 2.10. Warn others about starting the car with a prearranged signal, make sure that the signal is noticed (heard) or seen, and then start the car. 2.11. Wear noise protection. 2.12. Remove jewelry from hands. 3. Labor protection requirements during work 3.1. Change the bobbin and eliminate the breakage of the thread after the machine has completely stopped. 3.2. When changing the bobbin and eliminating the break, stop the machine so that the gap between the spindle stand and the bobbin is visible. 3.3. In the case necessary to eliminate the breakage of the spindle thread when the machine is stopped, set it to a convenient position with the handle for manually turning the machine. 3.4. After changing the bobbin or eliminating a thread break, turn on the machine, making sure that the thread tension is normal. Do not check the thread tension while the machine is running. 3.5. It is forbidden to touch the moving parts of the machine, open and remove guards while the machine is moving. 3.6. Cleaning and fanning of the moving parts of the machine should be carried out only when the electric motor is turned off and after the machine has completely stopped. 3.7. After the malfunction has been eliminated, start the machine only with the permission of the assistant foreman. 3.7. Switch off the machine during any breaks. Do not leave the machine unattended, do not entrust work to unauthorized persons. 3.8. Keep your workplace and aisles clean and tidy, do not clutter them up. 3.9. Store full and used spools, hooks, accessories in a specially designated place. Do not place any objects on the bed. 4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations 4.1. In case of any malfunction, turn off the machine and inform the assistant master, 4.2. If there is a smell of burning, smoke to sparks, it will immediately stop the car and inform the master, and if it catches fire, take immediate measures to eliminate the source of the fire. 4 3. In the event of a power outage, turn off the machine, when the power supply is restored, start the machine with the permission of the master. 5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work 5.1. Turn off the machine, after a complete stop, clean. 5.2. Remove the tool and spools to the designated place. 5.3.
