All new entrants to work are allowed to perform their duties only after passing an introductory briefing on labor protection, briefing at the workplace, as well as a medical examination. 1.2 Initial briefing at the workplace, repeated, unscheduled, current, is carried out by the immediate supervisor of the work (foreman). An entry is made in the registration log about the briefing and knowledge testing with the obligatory signature of the instructed and the instructing person. 1.3. All workers, regardless of qualifications, education and length of service, are re-instructed once every three months. 1.4. When performing work, it is necessary to be attentive, not to be distracted by extraneous affairs and conversations, and not to distract others from work. 1.5. It is allowed to service only the type of devices for which training and instruction in labor protection has been carried out. 1.6. When working on this equipment, employees are required to undergo periodic medical examinations once every two years. 2. Before you start 2.1. Put on a bathrobe, fasten it with all buttons, put your hair under a headdress. 2.2. Check the log of the technical condition of the equipment. In case of any comments, do not start work until the troubleshooting and a note in the journal (adjuster, electrician) about the health of the equipment. 2.3. Inspect equipment and work area. 2.4. Check the serviceability of the machine, turning on and off devices, the presence and strength of fastening of fences, the reliability of the functioning of safety devices, interlocks, the presence of protective grounding, cleanliness and order at the workplace. 2.5. Check whether the local exhaust and general supply and exhaust ventilation systems are turned on, remember that ventilation must be turned on 10-15 minutes before starting work. 2.6. Check and adjust workplace lighting. 2.7. Immediately inform the supervisor of the noticed shortcomings and malfunctions and do not start work until the troubleshooting and permission to work. 3. Safety requirements during work 3.1. Carry out only the work assigned by the administration. 3.2. Do not allow persons who are not related to the assigned work to the workplace. Do not entrust the equipment to another person. 3.3. When repairing equipment, carrying out preventive maintenance, it is necessary to make an entry in the journal of the technical condition of the equipment. The person who made the repair (locksmith, electrician, electronics engineer) is obliged to make an entry in the log about the repair. 3.4. All work on cleaning the device should be carried out only after disconnecting it from the mains. 3.5. Cleaning (washing) should be carried out only in rubber medical gloves with rectified ethyl alcohol according to the maintenance instructions. 3.6. Do not lean on the document glass or place anything other than the original on it. 3.7. It is forbidden to work on the device with cracked glass. 3.8. Be sure to wash your hands with warm soapy water after each cleaning of chargers, assemblies, etc. 3.9. Spilled toner, remove the media immediately with a vacuum cleaner. 3.10. It is forbidden to be in the room during the operation of the copier by everyone, except for persons with special permission. 4. Safety requirements in emergency situations 4.1. In the event of a fire, immediately turn off the equipment, turn off the power supply, with the exception of the lighting network. Report the fire to the administration and all those working in the room to start extinguishing the fire with the available fire extinguishing equipment. 4.2. If voltage is detected on the metal parts of the equipment (feeling of current), the electric motor is running in two phases (humming), the ground wire is broken - immediately stop the device, report to the work manager about the malfunction of the electrical equipment and do not start work without his instructions. 4.3. In the event of a power outage and vibration, switch off the machine. 4.4. In the event of an accident, first of all, it is necessary to free the victim from the traumatic factor and provide first aid. 5. Safety requirements at the end of work 5.1. Stop the equipment, turn off the general input switch, clean and tidy the workplace, make an entry in the journal about the technical condition of the equipment. 5.2. Report any malfunctions in the equipment to the supervisor. 5.3. Remove overalls, put them in a wardrobe or in an individual closet. 5.4. Wash hands and face with warm soapy water. 5.5.
