Safe Operation

1. General safety requirements

1.1. Persons at least 18 years of age who have undergone appropriate training, labor safety instruction, medical examination and who have no contraindications due to health conditions are allowed to work independently with electric titanium.

1.2. Employees must comply with the internal labor regulations, established work and rest regimes.

1.3. When working with electric titanium, workers may be exposed to the following hazardous production factors:

thermal burns when touching heated parts of electrotitanium or hot water with your hands;
electric shock due to faulty grounding of the electrotitanium case and the absence of a dielectric mat.

1.4. When working with electric titanium, the following special clothing and personal protective equipment should be used: a robe, a cotton apron, a scarf or cap, and a dielectric mat.

1.5. Workers must know fire safety rules and know the location of primary fire extinguishing equipment.

1.6. In the event of an accident, the victim or eyewitness to the accident must immediately notify the administration of the institution. If the equipment malfunctions, stop working and inform the administration of the institution.

1.7. While working, follow the rules of wearing special clothing, using personal protective equipment, observing the rules of personal hygiene, and keeping the workplace clean.

1.8. Persons who have failed to comply with or violate the instructions on labor protection are subject to disciplinary liability in accordance with the internal labor regulations and, if necessary, are subjected to an extraordinary examination of knowledge of the norms and rules of labor protection.

2. Safety requirements before starting work

2.1. Put on overalls, tuck your hair under a scarf or cap.

2.2. Make sure there is a dielectric mat on the floor near the electrotitanium.

2.3. Check the reliability of the connection of the protective grounding to the body of the electrotitanium, as well as the integrity of the supply electrical cable.

3. Safety requirements during work

3.1. Fill the electrotitanium with water to the specified level, check that there are no water leaks from the drain tap and the electrotitanium body.

3.2. Stand on the dielectric mat and turn on the electric titanium, make sure it is working properly.

3.3. Turn off the electric titanium in a timely manner when the water heats up to the desired temperature or boils.

3.4. To avoid burns from steam, do not open the lid of the electric titanium when the water boils.

3.5. Be careful when pouring hot titanium water into dishes.

3.6. Fill the dishes with hot water no more than 3/4 of its volume.

3.7. Monitor the water level when the electric titanium is turned on, replenish it in a timely manner to the set level.

3.8. To avoid burns from hot water, carry filled dishes using a towel or oven mitts.

4. Safety requirements in emergency situations

4.1. If a malfunction occurs in the operation of the electric titanium, as well as a violation of the protective grounding of its body, stop work and turn off the electric titanium, and inform the administration of the institution about this.

4.2. In case of injury, provide first aid to the victim, if necessary, send him to the nearest medical institution and inform the administration of the institution.

4.3. In case of electric shock, immediately turn off the power supply from the network, provide first aid to the victim, if the victim does not have breathing or a pulse, give him artificial respiration or perform an indirect cardiac massage until breathing and pulse are restored and send him to the nearest medical institution, inform the administration of the institution about this.

5. Safety requirements at the end of work

5.1. Disconnect the electric titan from the network, tidy up the workplace.

5.2. Remove protective clothing and wash hands with soap.
