1.2. Check your workplace. Make sure that the removable parts of the mechanism (punches) are in good condition and securely fastened.

1.3. Make sure that the work area is adequately lit and not cluttered.

1.4. In case of any malfunction of the mechanisms, call a repairman, inform the head of the department.

1.5. It is forbidden: to involve unauthorized persons in the repair of equipment, to attempt to repair it yourself.

2. Labor protection requirements during work

2.1. Do not allow yourself to be distracted while you work.

2.2. Installation of buttons, caps, holnitens (metal fittings) includes the following steps:

  • cutting holes for metal fittings;
  • fixing metal fittings on a garment.

2.3. When cutting holes for metal fittings, you need to straighten the part of the garment (product) and lay it on the lower, fixing part of the mechanism (matrix).

2.4. Hold the part (product) with both hands on both sides of the die to avoid getting your fingers under the upper punch, which is attached to the mechanism rod.

2.5. To avoid injuring your fingers, gently press the foot pedal of the machine. At the moment of contact of the punch with the part (product), check the safe position of the hand and only after checking, apply additional pressure on the foot pedal to cut a hole in the product.

2.6. Check the quality of the fittings. The use of defective fittings causes injury. Hand over the defective fittings to the master for replacement.

2.7. To fix the fittings, the marked parts are straightened and placed along the marked holes, together with the prepared fittings, on the lower matrix of the mechanism.

2.8. After making sure that the fingers are in a safe position relative to the pressing parts of the mechanism, press the pedal with your foot with additional effort.

2.9. After pressing, wait until the return spring sets the rod with punches to its original (safe) position and only then remove the finished part (product) from the die.

2.10. Keep your work area clean and tidy. Don't block up the aisles.

3. Labor protection requirements at the end of work

3.1. Tidy up your workspace. Remove fixtures and fittings in the places provided for them.

3.2. Take personal hygiene measures.

For non-compliance with the instructions, the worker is subject to disciplinary liability in accordance with the internal labor regulations.

Artificial leather for touch emulation 15.04.2024

In a modern technology world where distance is becoming increasingly commonplace, maintaining connection and a sense of closeness is important. Recent developments in artificial skin by German scientists from Saarland University represent a new era in virtual interactions. German researchers from Saarland University have developed ultra-thin films that can transmit the sensation of touch over a distance. This cutting-edge technology provides new opportunities for virtual communication, especially for those who find themselves far from their loved ones. The ultra-thin films developed by the researchers, just 50 micrometers thick, can be integrated into textiles and worn like a second skin. These films act as sensors that recognize tactile signals from mom or dad, and as actuators that transmit these movements to the baby. Parents' touch to the fabric activates sensors that react to pressure and deform the ultra-thin film. This ... >>

The attractiveness of caring men 14.04.2024

The stereotype that women prefer "bad boys" has long been widespread. However, recent research conducted by British scientists from Monash University offers a new perspective on this issue. They looked at how women responded to men's emotional responsibility and willingness to help others. The study's findings could change our understanding of what makes men attractive to women. A study conducted by scientists from Monash University leads to new findings about men's attractiveness to women. In the experiment, women were shown photographs of men with brief stories about their behavior in various situations, including their reaction to an encounter with a homeless person. Some of the men ignored the homeless man, while others helped him, such as buying him food. A study found that men who showed empathy and kindness were more attractive to women compared to men who showed empathy and kindness. ... >>

Toshiba EBTZ1041-SK-A1 Wearable IoT Kit 13.03.2017

Toshiba has unveiled the EBTZ1041-SK-A1 Developer Starter Kit, which, according to the manufacturer, contains all the hardware and software needed to create wearable devices that process signals from multiple sensors. The task of the kit is to help in the creation of wearable electronics and the Internet of things devices on single-chip systems of the TZ1000 ApP Lite series.

The basis of the set is a board with an application processor TZ1041MBG, which the manufacturer calls the "sensor hub". Recall that the TZ1041MBG processor with Bluetooth v4.1 support joined the Toshiba ApP Lite series in September 2015.

The TZ1041MBG is configured with a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F processor, DSP and FPU, Bluetooth LE controller, I/O interfaces including I2C, UART, and SPI, and a 24-bit sigma-delta high speed ADC. resolution with a high-speed switch for connecting three input channels, 288 KB of SRAM and 1 MB of NOR flash.

In addition to TZ1041MBG, the EBTZ1041-SK-A1 board has a connector for connecting Arduino expansion boards (Arduino UNO R3) and a connector for connecting a Toshiba TC32306 single-chip transceiver, as well as a CMSIS-DAP debugger interface. You can use the nine-pin SWD connector to connect alternative debuggers.
