During the work process, the grain grower may be exposed to dangerous and harmful production factors:

Safety requirements before starting work. 2.1. When starting work, the grain grower must put on overalls, carefully tuck them in, avoiding any loose ends, tuck his hair under his headdress, and wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes without heels. 2.2. The grain operator must familiarize himself with the results of the previous shift, find out all the existing technical problems in the operation of the equipment and their causes. 2.3. Carefully inspect the workplace and check whether there are any foreign objects in the workplace, whether the passages are clear, the serviceability of equipment, electrical lighting, aspiration, the presence of equipment grounding, the necessary equipment (scrapers for cleaning gravity flows and sieves), check the presence and serviceability of fences, make sure that electrical equipment is in good condition , signaling devices, drives mounted on the machine. 2.4. Before starting the lifts, you should make sure that there are no foreign objects, tools or devices on the equipment. 2.5. During operation, it is necessary to monitor the uniform flow of product into and out of the machine. 3.2. Do not allow the product to spill around the machine, regularly clean the equipment elements from settled dust only when it is stopped. Monitor and ensure the tightness of hatches and connections. 3.3. If the machine collapses, stop feeding the product, identify and eliminate the reasons that have slowed down the movement of the product. To clean gravity drains, use special scrapers with limited movement and remove any product that has fallen on the floor. 3.4. The employee must maintain the workplace in proper order and ensure that the fabric sleeves on the exhaust pipes are present and in good condition. 3.5. Do not block passages to control panels and exits from the premises. 3.6. During work, remove dust from the outside and remove debris in a timely manner. 3.7. To avoid injury, do not remove drive guards while the machine is operating, turn on the machine with the guard removed, or stand on a running machine. 3.8. When cleaning the suction ducts, it is strictly forbidden to stand on the horizontal sections of the ducts, to attach ladders to them. 4. Safety requirements in emergency situations 4.1.
