2.3. The foreman, in whose name a permit or work permit for work with increased danger has been issued, is obliged to personally check in the control room that the voltage has been removed from the line. The disconnection of the line is confirmed by posting a poster "DO NOT TURN ON. PEOPLE WORK". The number of posters posted on the switch should correspond to the number of teams simultaneously working on the line.

2.4. Before starting work on radio lines in places of approach and intersection with overhead power lines, you must use the indicator to make sure that there is no dangerous voltage on the radio wires. Before checking the absence of extraneous voltage on a rusty wire, it is necessary, wearing dielectric gloves, to clean the place of touching it with an indicator from rust. In addition, on class 240 feeder lines with voltages above XNUMX volts and class XNUMX feeder lines, make sure that the transmission voltage at the feeder is turned off.

2.5. Feeder lines with a voltage of over 240 volts, work on which is carried out with the obligatory shutdown of the radio broadcast voltage, must be short-circuited on both sides of the work site and grounded from the side of the possible occurrence of dangerous voltage. The cross section of the flexible copper wire for grounding must be at least 16 mm2. As a grounding conductor, it is necessary to use a metal pin driven into the ground to a depth of 0,5 - 0,9 m.

3. Labor protection requirements during work

3.1. Work on feeder radio transmission lines with a voltage of 120 volts is allowed to be carried out under voltage, but subject to the obligatory use by the fitter of a tool with insulating handles or dielectric gloves.

3.2. On feeder lines with a voltage of 240 volts, it is allowed to work under voltage with a tool with insulating handles with the obligatory use of dielectric gloves.

3.3. In the case of the joint location of feeder lines with a voltage of 120,240,340 volts and above on pole or rack lines, it is allowed to work with fittings and transformers of radio broadcasting circuits with a voltage of 120 and 240 volts without removing voltage from lines of 340 volts and above, if the wires of feeder lines of 340 volts and above are located above wires of 120 and 240 volts on pole lines by at least 1 m, and on rack lines by at least 1,7 m, and with the obligatory condition that these works are not related to suspension, adjustment and dismantling of wires.

3.4. Work on radio transmission lines of class I - with a rated voltage above 360 volts:

3.4.1. Works are classified as work with increased danger and are organized according to a work permit. The work permit is issued by the responsible work manager and recorded in the duty log for the control room indicating the number of the disconnected feeder, as well as the time it was turned off and on at the end of work.

3.4.2. Work on the line is carried out with the obligatory disconnection of voltage, shorting the wires of the feeder line on both sides of the place of work and their grounding.

4. Labor protection requirements at the end of work

4.1. Upon completion of work, the responsible work executor, in whose name a permit or work permit has been issued, is obliged to make sure that all work has been performed correctly, temporary jumpers and groundings have been removed, and all workers have been removed from the place of work.

4.2. The responsible executor (foreman) must close his copy of the work permit or permit, making the appropriate entries in them.

4.3. Upon arrival at the radio center, the responsible executor (foreman) must close his copy of the work permit or permit, making the appropriate entries in them, and the responsible executor must sign in the "Duty Log for the control room" about the possibility of turning on the voltage.

Molecule-sized solar cell 15.10.2012

A team of scientists led by Joachim Reichert, Johannes Barth and Alexander Holleitner of the Technical University of Munich and Itai Carmeli of Tel Aviv University have developed a method to measure the photocurrent generated by just one molecule. The scientists were able to show that such single-molecule systems could be put together to generate a current. Of course, not on the scale of household electric current from a socket for, say, a refrigerator. Proteins are light-controlled, high-efficiency, single-molecule electronic pumps that can act as current generators in nanoscale electrical circuits. The results are published in Nature Nanotechnology this week.

Scientists have studied the reaction center, which is a complex of chlorophyll - a protein found in the membranes of chloroplasts from cyanobacteria. Plants, algae and bacteria use photosynthesis to convert solar energy into chemical energy. The initial stage of this process is where the protein absorbs light and the chemical energy is converted into electrical energy. So far, none of the available methods has been sensitive enough to measure the magnitude of the photocurrent of an individual protein.

The first and main problem of physicists was to develop a method for the electrical connection of single molecules in a strong light field. Photosynthetic proteins, optically excited by a stream of photons, are directed through a tetrahedral gold tip, which at the same time is an electrical contact. With this technique, physicists were able to observe the photocurrent generated by a single protein particle.

In the future, photosynthetic proteins promise to become promising blocks for use in molecular optoelectronics.
