Check the serviceability of the equipment, the temperature of the bearings, electric motors, the presence and serviceability of the drive guards. During the operation of the machines, remove dust from the outside, remove blockages in a timely manner. Do not open the doors and hatches of the equipment unnecessarily and prevent dust emissions into the room. Take samples of the product using a scoop with a dielectric handle. It is not allowed to clean and remove the guards for feeding products from the feed rollers to the working area during the operation of the roller machine, and also to pick up foreign objects that have fallen into the machine with your hands. In case of hitting such objects, it is necessary to switch off the machine immediately and remove them after the machine has come to a complete stop. The doors and hatches of the machine must be closed and prevent dust from entering the room. If the parallelism of the shafts is violated, if the rolls are supported by the product, if the product does not enter the machine, it is necessary to stop the roller machine and troubleshoot. For internal cleaning use only a special hook. Maintenance, cleaning and repairs must not be carried out while the equipment is in operation or unless the equipment is locked from accidental activation (three-position switch set to "0"). During operation, it is necessary to monitor the uniform flow of product into the sieve machine. Do not allow spillage of the product around the machine, regularly clean the elements of the equipment from settled dust only during a stop. Control and ensure the tightness of hatches and connections. The worker must maintain the workplace in proper order and monitor the presence and serviceability of fabric sleeves on the outlet pipes. When cleaning the suction ducts, it is not allowed to stand on the horizontal sections of the ducts and attach ladders to them. AMP must clean magnets from metal impurities at least once per shift. Cleaning should be done in gloves with a hand brush in the opposite direction from the eyes. Metal impurities collected in a special box must be handed over to the laboratory, and data on the amount and nature of metal impurities must be recorded in a journal. The sieving machine must rotate evenly without knocks or bumps, the drive belts must not slip, the cables must have the same tension. Monitor the uniform flow of the product into the receiving nozzles of the sifters and the output of the product, monitor the reliable fastening of the fabric sleeves, the tightness of their connections. Avoid spillage of the product around the sifter, regularly clean the equipment from settled dust (during shutdown). Do not stop the sieving, which is working normally during the run-up period, and also do not turn on the sieving again if it has not completely stopped. When knocking down from the normal course or the appearance of knocks in the sieving, it is stopped by stopping the supply of the product. During operation, do not obstruct passages, access to control panels and exits from the premises. 4. Requirements for labor protection at the end of work Report all detected violations of labor protection to the shift supervisor or the head of the mill. At the end of the shift, the employee must tidy up his workplace, using long-handled brushes and other equipment for safe work. Remove overalls and PPE in the cloakroom. Take a hygienic shower before changing into personal clothes. It is not allowed to remain in the workshop or on the territory of the organization after the end of the shift without the knowledge of the head of the mill. 5.
