Safe Operation

1. General requirements for labor protection

1.1. To work with a device for mechanical cutting of metal products, hereinafter referred to as a "cutting machine", persons are allowed at least 18 years of age, specially trained and authorized to work with this device.

1.2. Work only to those employees who are allowed to work with the cutting machine, and perform only the work that is assigned.

1.3. Do not allow unauthorized persons to enter the workplace.

1.4. Keep the workplace clean and tidy, avoid clutter with waste and debris.

1.5. During the operation of the cutting machine, use only the operating handles intended for controlling the cutting machine.

1.6. In the event of a power failure, disconnect the cutting machine from the mains immediately.

1.7. If any faults are noticed, immediately stop the cutting machine and notify the management.

1.8. It is forbidden to use gloves when working with a cutting machine and work without protective glasses.

1.9. On the cutting machine, an instruction on OT, as well as a list of persons authorized to work on the cutting machine, must be posted.

1.10. The metal parts of the voltage converter, which may become live due to insulation damage, must be grounded.

1.11. When repairing or carrying out adjustment work, the cutting machine must be de-energized.

1.13. It is strictly forbidden to use the cutting machine without protective guards.

1.14. When using the cutting machine, it is forbidden to carry out any adjustment work on this equipment.

2. Labor protection requirements before starting work

2.1. Before starting work, the employee is obliged to tidy up his work clothes and put on protective goggles.

2.2. Carefully inspect the cutting wheel so that there are no breaks, gouges and lateral runout on it.

2.3. Visually verify that the machine is grounded.

2.4. When replacing wheels, use only special keys.

2.5. Do not start work without making sure that the cut-off wheel is installed correctly and has no defects.

2.6. Work on the newly installed circle can only be started after a 5-minute break-in at idle.

2.7. Check the serviceability of protective covers, clamping and landing devices.

2.8. All operations i.e. installation, removal of the processed material to be carried out after a complete stop of the machine.

The cutting machine must be tested and tagged with its inventory number and the date of the next test.

2.9. Each employee must be instructed on safety measures before starting work and strictly follow them.

3. Labor protection requirements during work

During work it is forbidden:

3.1. Work without goggles.

3.2. Work without a protective cover.

3.3. Run the car under load.

3.4. Perform additional pressure during operation by pressing on the machine body.

3.5. During operation, adjust the clamping device

3.6. Leave a working device unattended.

3.7. Cut long materials without a support device.

3.8. Install and remove the processed material while the machine is running.

3.9. When performing any repair work, the machine must be disconnected from the mains and appropriate posters should be hung on the switching device.

3.10. Do not slow down the rotation of the cut-off wheel with your hands or the workpiece!

4. Labor protection requirements at the end of work

4.1. Disconnect the machine from the network.

4.2. Remove the remains of the processed material from the workplace, sweep out the dust and clean the machine cover.

4.3. Report to the master when the work is completed.

5. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations

5.1. In an emergency, turn off the automatic feeder and move away from the danger zone until the machine stops completely.

5.2. Report problems to management.

5.3. Repair of the machine and troubleshooting to be carried out according to the instructions of the management.

Sonos has announced the new Sub Mini, the latest addition to its lineup.

Sub Mini is slightly smaller than its older brother Sonos Sub (3 generations). The Sub Mini weighs 14 pounds (6,4 kg) compared to 36,3 pounds (16,5 kg) for the regular Sub. Sub Mini is not only half the size, but about half the size. The cylindrical Sub Mini is 12 inches high and 9,1 inches in diameter versus the regular Sub Mini's dimensions of 15,3 x 15,8 x 6,2 inches.

Both Sonos subwoofers have a low frequency response of 25Hz. The difference lies in the volume that each subwoofer can deliver. Sub Mini is designed for small to medium sized rooms. Sonos is positioning the Sub Mini as the perfect home theater addition to Ray and Beam's latest soundbars. For those more into music, the Sub Mini should also be the perfect complement to the Sonos One and IKEA's Symfonisk line of Sonos-based speakers.

The Sub Mini's cylindrical design contains dual inward-facing dedicated woofers inside an acoustically sealed enclosure to generate deep, dynamic bass without buzz or rattle. Sonos also touts the round design as a feature that will help the subwoofer blend in with your home decor.

Like most Sonos products, the Sub Mini is wireless and connects to other Sonos speakers via Wi-Fi. The Sub Mini can be paired with almost any of the company's wireless speakers using Sonos. It automatically equalizes to balance itself and any paired Sonos speakers. Users can further customize the Sub Mini's sound with Trueplay, a software tool that measures room acoustics using a supported iOS device.

The Sonos Sub mini will be available in matte black or white for $429.
