2.7. Place the hoses supplying coolant so as to prevent them from coming into contact with the tool and other moving parts of the machine. 3. Safety requirements during work 3.1. Before putting the machine into operation, make sure that there are no unauthorized persons in the hazardous areas. 3.2. Install and remove heavy parts, workpieces, devices (weighing more than 16 kg) only with the help of lifting mechanisms, not exceeding the load established for this lifting device. 3.3. When using a crane beam or electric hoist, the part must be securely slinged. To lift and move it, use special slings and lifting devices. Release the part from slings or gripping devices only after secure installation, and if necessary, after fixing the part or workpiece on the machine. 3.4. When processing a part, apply the cutting conditions indicated in the operating chart for this part. Do not change the processing mode without the permission of the master. 3.5. When servicing the machine, do not lean towards the spindle and cutting tool. 3.6. The workpiece to be machined should be properly installed and securely fixed on the machine table, in a vice or appropriate devices, in order to exclude the possibility of its flying out during milling and injuring the worker. It is not allowed to hold the workpiece with hands during milling. 3.7. The vise and fixtures must be securely fastened to the machine table. Fastening is carried out with special strips, stops and clamps. 3.8. If the product moves along with the cutter during processing, it is necessary to stop the machine and correctly secure the part in a vice or fixture. 3.9. The vise must be in good condition, the notch of the jaws is not worn out. 3.10. If, when processing a workpiece, flying chips are formed (cast iron, bronze, etc.), then in the absence of special protective devices on the machine, it is necessary to wear safety glasses or a safety shield made of transparent material. 3.11. For high-speed milling, use a milling zone fence and a chip removal device (special chip traps that trap and remove chips into a chip collector), as well as personal protective equipment - goggles or shields. 3.12. Before installing on the machine, clean the workpieces and fixtures from chips and oil (especially the contacting base and mounting surfaces to ensure the correct installation and strength of the workpiece or workpiece). 3.13. Fix the part in places that are, if possible, closer to the surface to be treated. 3.14. When attaching a part to untreated surfaces, use a vice and devices with a notch on the clamping jaws. 3.15. When using pneumatic, hydraulic and electromagnetic devices to secure parts, prevent mechanical damage to air or coolant supply tubes, as well as electrical wiring. 3.16. When changing the workpiece or when measuring it, move the cutter to a safe distance to prevent injury to the hands of the worker with the tool. 3.17. The workpiece should be fed to the cutter after the cutter has been rotated in the operating mode. 3.18. Prevent the formation of burrs on the workpiece. In case of their formation, burrs must be removed manually. 3.19. Install and remove the cutting tool after the machine has completely stopped. 3.20. Only the correct cutter should be used. Before installing it, check:
3.21. Before installing the cutter, thoroughly clean, wipe, eliminate nicks in the spindle hole, shank of the mandrel or cutter. Make sure that the cutter shank fits snugly into the spindle hole without any play. 3.22. Place the set of cutters on the mandrel so that the teeth of the cutters are staggered. 3.23. If the cutting edges are dull or chipped, replace the cutter. 3.24. When removing a mandrel or cutter, use a special drift, placing a wooden lining on the machine table. When knocking the cutter out of the spindle, hold it with your hand through the elastic pad. 3.25. When installing and removing the cutter, beware of injury from the cutting edges. 3.26. To prevent the spindle from turning, secure the milling arbor or cutter with a key after turning on the sorting mechanism. 3.27. Check the installed and secured cutter for runout. Radial and axial runout should not exceed 0,1 mm. 3.28. To prevent injury to the worker with a cutter, it is forbidden to slow down the machine by pressing the part with your hand. 3.29. Be careful not to break the wrench, place it correctly on the nut and do not jerk it up. 3.30. Remove chips from the workplace and the machine in a timely manner, using special hooks and sweeping brushes for this. Avoid accumulation of chips on the cutter and arbor. 3.31. If vibration occurs, stop the machine and check the fastening of the cutter and workpiece, as well as the feed rate. If vibration cannot be eliminated, disconnect the machine from the network and report the incident to the workshop foreman. 3.32. Cut the cutter into the part gradually, turn on the mechanical feed until the part comes into contact with the cutter. When manually feeding, do not allow a sharp increase in speed and depth of cut. 3.33. Do not stand on the moving table of the machine and do not cross it until all working units have come to a complete stop. 3.34. Stop the machine and turn off the motor when:
3.35. It is prohibited to touch live parts of electrical equipment, terminals and electrical wires, general lighting fittings, and also to open electrical cabinet doors. All work on servicing electrical equipment is carried out only by electrical technical personnel. 4. Safety measures in emergency situations 4.1.
