The state guarantees employees the protection of their right to work in conditions that meet the requirements of labor protection. Providing employees with their constitutional right to work in conditions that meet the requirements of labor protection consists in the fact that specifying this right (Article 219 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation), the state simultaneously establishes its guarantees (Article 220 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation) and imposes on the employer the obligation to ensure safe conditions and labor protection for workers (Article 212 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation), and also provides for the need for state supervision and control over compliance with safety requirements and establishes responsible persons guilty of violating labor protection requirements (Article 419 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation) and measures to influence organizations in connection with their violation of labor protection requirements. Therefore, the scope of guarantees of the employee's right to labor protection is not exhausted by the content of Article 220 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

Employers are responsible for ensuring safe working conditions for employees of organizations of all forms of ownership.

The procedure and conditions for financing labor protection measures are enshrined in Art. 226 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Financing of measures to improve working conditions is carried out from the budgets of all levels; from extrabudgetary sources; as well as through voluntary contributions from organizations and individuals. Employers (with the exception of state unitary enterprises and federal institutions) finance measures to improve working conditions and labor protection by deductions in the amount of at least 0,2 percent of the cost of production of products (works, services).

In accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 7, 2000 No. 507 "On the procedure for distributing funds from fines levied for violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation on labor and labor protection", funds from fines levied for violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation on labor and labor protection.

Computer games are becoming an increasingly popular form of entertainment among teenagers, but the associated risk of gaming addiction remains a significant problem. American scientists conducted a study to determine the main factors contributing to this addiction and offer recommendations for its prevention. Over the course of six years, 385 teenagers were followed to find out what factors may predispose them to gambling addiction. The results showed that 90% of study participants were not at risk of addiction, while 10% became gambling addicts. It turned out that the key factor in the onset of gambling addiction is a low level of prosocial behavior. Teenagers with a low level of prosocial behavior do not show interest in the help and support of others, which can lead to a loss of contact with the real world and a deepening dependence on virtual reality offered by computer games. Archaeologists in the tunnel 17.02.2008

Although there are two bridges across the Bosphorus in Istanbul, linking Europe and Asia, their capacity has long ceased to meet the needs of a large city. Therefore, a few years ago, the construction of a railway tunnel under the Bosphorus began, which was a dream of the sultans of the Ottoman Empire.

The tunnel is scheduled to be completed by 2012, but there has already been a serious delay. Builders are hindered by history itself.
