I. General Provisions

II. Official duties

CNC machine tool adjuster:

Setting up the machine and tools in accordance with the production instructions.
Running programs on CNC machines.
Installation of workpieces and tools according to the setup chart.
Program carrier replacement.
Making the necessary changes in the system.
Development and correction of the control program.
Operating the machine manually while pre-checking new programs to identify possible errors.
Monitoring the operation of equipment and alerting the master and repairmen about the noticed malfunctions.
Control of a condition and operability of the tool.
Change knives as needed.
Control over the production process on CNC lathes.
Checking the quality and level of accuracy of manufactured parts using measuring tools.
Maintaining records of manufactured parts.
Instruction for machine operators.

III. Rights

CNC machine tool adjuster has the right to:

give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties;
control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by employees subordinate to him;
to request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of their activities and activities of employees subordinate to him;
interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties;
get acquainted with the draft decisions of the company's management regarding the activities of the Division;
propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description;
submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline;
report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.
