I. General Provisions

II. Official duties

Carries out work to ensure the efficient operation of computer technology, the reception and transmission of information of the computing (information and computing) center (CC, ITC).
Participates in the development of plans and schedules for the maintenance and repair of equipment.
Conducts test checks and preventive inspections of equipment for the purpose of timely detection of malfunctions and their elimination, adjustment and adjustment of elements and blocks of machines, individual devices and assemblies, participates in preventive and current repairs.
Participates in the acceptance of equipment from repair, as well as in the acceptance and development of newly commissioned equipment, work on the modernization and improvement of equipment, taking into account the specific requirements of production.
Keeps records of indicators of the use of equipment, noticed defects in the operation of machines.
Participates in the preparation of applications for equipment, spare parts, tools, materials and purchased components for the repair of computer equipment and transmitting devices, technical documentation for repairs.

III. Rights

The technician of the computing (information and computing) center has the right:

give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties.
control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by subordinate employees.
request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of its activities and the activities of employees subordinate to it.
interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties.
get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding the activities of the Division.
propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description.
submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline.
report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.

The technician of the computing (information and computing) center has the right to communicate with the press, transfer official information to other organizations as an employee of the enterprise:

only with the permission of the immediate supervisor;
within the framework of the functions performed by the position;
on all matters related to your field of activity in the enterprise.

IV. A responsibility

The technician of the computing (information and computing) center is responsible for:

improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine;
violation of the rules and regulations governing the activities of the enterprise;
offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine;
infliction of material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine;
compliance with current instructions, orders and orders for the preservation of trade secrets and confidential information;
compliance with internal regulations, safety and fire safety rules.

Upon transfer to another job or dismissal, the Technician of the Computing (Information and Computing) Center is responsible for the proper and timely delivery of cases to the person who assumes this position, and in the absence of such, to the person replacing him or directly to his supervisor.
