I. General Provisions

Contractor belongs to the category of technical performers.
A person who has primary vocational education without requirements for work experience or secondary (complete) general education or basic general education and special training according to an established program without requirements for work experience is appointed to the position of a contractor.
Appointment to the position of a contractor and dismissal from it are made by order of the director of the enterprise upon the recommendation of _______.
Contractor reports directly to _______.
The contractor must know:

regulations, instructions, other guidance materials and normative documents on organization, labor standards and wages;
the procedure for applying the above documents;
terms and rules for preparing primary documents for recording production and wages;
fundamentals of technology, organization of labor and production;
rules for the operation of computer technology;
fundamentals of labor legislation;
rules of internal labor regulations;
rules and regulations of labor protection.

During the absence of the contractor (illness, vacation, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the general director of the enterprise. This person acquires the corresponding rights and is responsible for the high-quality and timely performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

Contractor:

Writes out, on the basis of daily shift assignments and instructions from the foreman (work manager), primary documents on the basis of which the production and wages of workers are taken into account (work orders, statements, production reports, etc.), as well as additional payments caused by violations of normal working conditions, downtime through no fault of the workers, for overtime work, etc.
Indicates the names and categories of work, sets time standards and prices in accordance with current regulatory materials on organization, labor standards and wages, and operational flow charts.
Keeps records of issued orders and other payment documents, standardized time, timely groups orders for work performed by workers and teams, and transfers them for payroll.
Prepares the necessary information on the remuneration of workers and employees for the site foreman and labor standards engineer.
Takes the necessary measures for the use of technical means in the work.

III. Rights

The contractor has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Submit proposals for improvement of the work related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction for consideration by the management.
Within the limits of his competence, report to his immediate supervisor about all the shortcomings identified in the course of his activities and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The Contractor is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits established by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of their activities - within the limits established by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage to the organization - within the limits established by the legislation of Ukraine.
