I. General Provisions

Economist from accounting and business analysis belongs to the professional group "Professionals".
Appointment to the position of an economist from accounting and analysis of economic activity and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the head of the enterprise on the proposal of _______ in compliance with the requirements of the Code of Laws on the Work of Ukraine and the current legislation on work.
The Economist from Accounting and Business Analysis reports directly to _______.
An economist from accounting and business analysis should know:

resolutions, orders, orders, methodological, regulatory and other guidance materials from the organization, mechanization and automation of accounting and analysis of economic activity;
forms and methods of accounting;
the procedure for documenting and displaying economic assets and sources of their formation in the accounting system;
the procedure for accounting, shipment and sale of finished products, production costs (circulation), work and management;
basics of designing mechanized information processing and programming;
rules for the operation of computer technology;
fundamentals of labor legislation;
rules and regulations for job security.

Qualification requirements:

Leading economist in accounting and business analysis: complete higher education in the relevant field of study (master or specialist) and advanced training. Experience in the profession of an economist from accounting and analysis of economic activities of the 2st category for at least XNUMX years.
Economist from accounting and analysis of economic activities of the 2st category: complete or basic higher education in the relevant field of study (master, specialist or bachelor) and advanced training; for a master - without requirements for work experience, a specialist - at least 3 years of work experience in the profession of an economist from accounting and analysis of economic activity of the II category, for a bachelor - at least XNUMX years.
Economist from accounting and analysis of economic activity II category: complete or basic higher education in the relevant field of study (specialist or bachelor) and advanced training; for a specialist - without requirements for work experience, for a bachelor - at least 2 years of work experience in the profession of an economist from accounting and analysis of economic activity.
Economist from accounting and business analysis: complete or basic higher education in the relevant field of study (specialist or bachelor) without requirements for work experience.

In the absence of an economist from accounting and analysis of economic activity, his duties are performed by an employee appointed by order of the head of the enterprise, who acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Functional responsibilities

Economist from accounting and business analysis:

Carries out accounting of cash that comes in, inventory items, fixed assets and timely display on the relevant accounting accounts of operations related to their movement, as well as accounting for production and distribution costs, implementation of cost estimates, sales of products (performance of works and services), results of economic and financial activities.
Prepares accounting cost estimates for finished products (works and services performed).
Monitors the rational and economical use of material, labor and financial resources in order to identify on-farm reserves, reduce production costs, prevent losses and unproductive expenses.
On the basis of accounting and reporting data, it conducts a comprehensive analysis of the economic and financial activities of the enterprise and its self-supporting subsections, prepares proposals for eliminating shortcomings in spending public funds, increasing production efficiency, and consistently implementing the savings regime.
Takes part in the development of measures aimed at observing state discipline, strengthening economic accounting, expanding the scope of its application, and assists in their implementation.
Carries out work to improve the organization and the introduction of progressive forms and methods of accounting, streamlining the primary accounting documentation, the use of typical unified forms.
Studying best practices in accounting organization.
Takes the necessary measures regarding the use of modern means of mechanization and automation of accounting and computational work, takes part in the formulation of the economic formulation of problems that are solved with the help of computer technology.
Performs the necessary work related to non-routine settlements and control over the correctness of settlement operations, making changes to reference and regulatory information that is used in the process of machine processing of accounting data.
Prepares accounting reports on the economic and financial activities of the enterprise.
Performs individual official powers of attorney of his immediate supervisor.

III. Rights

An economist from accounting and business analysis has the right to:

To get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise that relate to its activities.
Submit proposals for the improvement of the work related to the responsibilities provided for by this instruction for consideration by the management, the enterprise.
Within its competence, report to the immediate supervisor about all identified shortcomings in the activities of the enterprise (structural subsection, individual employees) and make proposals for their elimination.
Demand and receive personally or by proxy of the management of the enterprise from the heads of structural subdivisions and specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his duties.
Involve specialists from all structural subdivisions in the performance of the assigned tasks.
Require the management of the enterprise, his/her immediate supervisor to assist in the performance of the duties stipulated by this Job Description.

IV. A responsibility

An economist from accounting and business analysis is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, which are provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current legislation of Ukraine on work.
For an offense committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For the task of material damage - within the limits determined by the current civil legislation and the legislation on the work of Ukraine.
