I. General Provisions

The legal adviser is appointed and dismissed from his position by order of the chairman of the board.
A person who has a higher legal education and at least 3 years of experience in the position is appointed to the position of legal adviser of the enterprise _______.
The legal adviser should know:

resolutions, orders, orders of higher authorities, regulatory documents on the legal activities of the enterprise;
methods of conducting business conversations and negotiations;
current legislature;
civil, labor, financial and administrative law;
the procedure for drawing up and concluding business contracts;
rules for using office equipment;
requirements of administrative and internal documents of the enterprise;
fundamentals of economics, labor organization, production and management;
methods of conducting office work;
organizational principles of personnel service;
a list of information constituting a trade secret;
rules of internal labor regulations;
norms and requirements for labor protection, fire safety and industrial sanitation.

II. Official duties

Provide methodological guidance for legal work at the enterprise, provide legal assistance to structural units.
Give opinions on the compliance with the current legislation of draft orders, regulations, instructions and other documents of the enterprise.
Participate in the preparation of business contracts, prepare opinions on their legal capacity.
Develop draft collective agreements.
Timely draw up and submit for state registration changes in the statutory documents of the enterprise.
Draw up statements of claim, defend the interests of the enterprise in court.
Advise company employees and clients on current legislation.
Prepare substantiated responses to claims.
Analyze and summarize the results of consideration of claims in court and arbitration cases.
Prepare materials on bringing employees to disciplinary and material liability.
Conduct reference and information work on legislation and regulations using technical means. As well as taking into account changes in the current legislation and other regulatory legal acts approved.
Carry out work to familiarize officials of the enterprise with the regulations relating to their activities, as well as changes in the current legislation.
Draw up a collective agreement with the administration.
Contribute to the execution of documents and acts of a property-legal nature.
To carry out accounting and storage of judicial and arbitration cases that are in production and completed.

III. Rights

The Legal Counsel has the right:

Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of their duties.
Make suggestions for improvement.
Protect the interests of the enterprise in state bodies and courts.
Require management to assist in fulfilling the terms of the Job Description.

IV. A responsibility

The Legal Counsel is responsible for:

For improper performance of the duties assigned to him by this Job Description.
Non-disclosure of information constituting the commercial secret of the enterprise.
Compliance with internal labor regulations.
For the commission of an administrative crime in the course of carrying out its activities, for which it is liable in accordance with the norms of the legislation of Ukraine.

Mobile chip Wi-Gig 20.07.2014

Based in Austin, Texas, Nitero announced the development of the NT4600 microchip, which provides support for Wi-Gig (IEEE 802.11ad standard) wireless communication.

Wi-Gig technology provides for the use of the unlicensed 60 GHz frequency band. Theoretically, data transfer rates can reach up to 7 Gbps, which is about 10 times faster than 802.11n Wi-Fi networks. Moreover, Wi-Gig ensures compatibility with existing Wi-Fi devices.

The NT4600 chip was developed from scratch. Nitero calls the product the industry's first end-to-end IEEE 802.11ad solution for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. In terms of power consumption, the NT4600 is said to provide up to a 10x improvement over Wi-Gig chips designed for personal computers.

The NT4600 microchip will allow, for example, broadcasting 4K content from a mobile device to a large TV screen. The data transfer rate can reach 4,6Gbps.

Nitero is currently showing product samples to partners. The chip is manufactured by Samsung Foundry using 28nm HKMG technology. Mass deliveries of the solution are planned to be organized in 2015.
