I. General Provisions

The senior process engineer belongs to the category of specialists.
A person with a higher technical education and at least __ years of work experience as a process engineer is appointed to the position of senior process engineer.
Appointment to the position of senior process engineer and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the head of the enterprise on the proposal of the chief process engineer.
The senior process engineer in his work is guided by the regulations on the department of the chief technologist and this Job Description and is subordinate to the head of the technology bureau, and in case of independent work - directly to the chief technologist.
The Senior Process Engineer should know:

unified system of technological preparation of production;
standards, specifications and other regulatory and guidance materials for the design, development and execution of technological documentation;
the design of the product or the composition of the product for which the technological process or production mode is being developed;
technical characteristics of the designed object and requirements for it;
production technology of products manufactured by the enterprise;
the main technological equipment of the enterprise and the principles of its operation;
methods for conducting patent research;
basic requirements for the organization of labor in the design of technological processes and equipment;
fundamentals of economics, organization of labor and production;
fundamentals of labor legislation;
rules and regulations of labor protection.

During the absence of a senior process engineer (vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the head of the enterprise. This person acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for:

Check the drawings of the products, assemblies, parts assigned to it for manufacturability.
Develop technological processes and production instructions for the manufacture of products, assemblies, parts.
Participate in the preparation of plans for the placement of equipment, technical equipment and organization of jobs.
Participate in the development of technically sound norms of time, calculate the norms of material costs.
Develop technological instructions, route maps, technical level and product quality maps and other technological documentation.
Make changes to the technical documentation in connection with the adjustment of technological processes and production modes.
Compile tasks for the relevant design bureau for the design of tooling and tools.
Monitor compliance with the production process and, in case of deviations, report to the head of the bureau (chief technologist).
Participate in patent research.
Participate in the implementation of new technological processes.
Present conclusions on rationalization proposals and promote the implementation of accepted proposals into production.
To study advanced domestic and foreign experience in the field of application of new technology in this industry.
Participate in work to improve product quality and certification of production.
Issue tasks and exercise control and management of the work of subordinate performers.
To study information about the market of technologies and products.

III. Rights

The senior process engineer has the right to:

Monitor compliance with technological discipline and report to the head of the bureau on all violations.
Require the department of the chief designer to change the design of parts, assemblies, systems in case of their non-manufacturability.
Demand to stop the production of parts, assemblies, products if they are produced with deviations from the technical specifications as a result of non-compliance with the technological process.
Make proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description.

IV. A responsibility

The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for:

For failure to perform (improper performance) of their official duties provided for by this Job Description, within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.

Researchers from the University of North Carolina conducted a unique study among students, which showed that dancing helps in the study of the exact sciences.

It is reported that dance classes are able to complement the skills that students receive from the exact sciences, develop creativity and improve interdisciplinary thinking.

All students were divided into two groups, all volunteers were girls. The dance program at the State University of New York includes different styles and directions, where any student can enroll.
