I. General Provisions

The packer belongs to the category of workers.
A person with a secondary specialized education and work experience of __ years is appointed to the position of a packer.
Appointment to the position of a storekeeper and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the head on the proposal of _______.
The packer must know:

orders, instructions, orders, instructions and other normative and administrative documents regulating the work of the packer;
nomenclature, grades, content of the kit, dimensions and weight of the parts and products to be laid;
rules and methods of picking and packaging;
rules for packaging, dosage of semi-finished products, finished products or its individual components;
corrosion control measures;
the procedure for filling out packaging documents and accounting for packaged products and goods, reporting rules;
rules for lifting, moving goods and signaling when using lifting and transport vehicles;
the purpose and rules for the use of working, control and measuring tools and devices necessary for laying and packaging, the principle of operation of a semi-automatic or automatic filling machine and the interaction of its parts, the arrangement of filling machines, the rules for setting up automatic machines and their individual components;
technical specifications and state standards for packaged and dosed products, including technical specifications and requirements for antibiotics;
methods of capping bottles, large bottles, vials and tubes;
rules for laying, wrapping, fastening in containers and packaging large-sized and heavy finished products;
packaging rules for especially important monumental, artistic, sculptural works, unique decorative products, complex models, existing layouts;
dimensions and shape of containers for each type of packaged products, parts and goods;
types, grades and dimensions of fastening insulating and packaging material, including dimensions, shape and rules for the manufacture of special containers for especially responsible packaging;
the technological process of packaging and the rules for its regulation;
rules for working in sterile conditions;
requirements for finished products and packaging quality;
fundamentals of economics, organization of production, labor and management;
main issues of labor legislation of Ukraine;
rules and norms of labor protection;
rules of internal labor regulations;

II. Official duties

The Packer performs the following duties:

Carries out packing, dosage of semi-finished products and finished products or its individual components in containers - bags, packs, jars, tubes, vials, ampoules, bottles, large bottles, boxes, bags, etc. manually, both without weighing, measuring and formalizing, and with measuring according to a given volume, mass or quantity of various solid, bulk, liquid and piece goods;
Packs:

laid parts, products and products in accordance with the technical specifications, carries out artistic wrapping of confectionery products manually simultaneously into several pieces of paper (tuck, foil, label, cellophane, etc.) with the selection of the label pattern, compliance with the frame and other special requirements;
monumental, artistic, sculptural works, unique decorative items, complex models, working layouts, manufactures special containers and performs other similar works;

Carries out installation:

manually products, parts and products in paper, wood, cardboard, metal and other containers with picking according to the list or specification;
with the help of lifting mechanisms (cranes, electric hoists) of large-sized and heavy finished products (granite, marble, limestone, etc.);
packaged meat and dairy products;
polished products of large dimensions with preliminary picking by color, texture, numbers;
fragile, expensive, poisonous, harmful, aggressive, flammable and explosive goods;
sensitive precision instruments that require careful transportation, with particularly complex fastening in a container;

Performs wiping, blowing with compressed air, lubrication (preservation) and wrapping of stacked parts, products and products in paper, cotton wool, cellophane and other materials;
Pastes labels, marks wrapping material, prepares paper, twine, labels, foil, etc., cutting and cutting packaging material manually or on an automatic machine according to specified sizes or patterns;
Performs cleaning, lubrication, maintenance and adjustment of the machine;
Upholstery of packaging containers with insulating material or laying of gaskets, packaging - stuffing of boxes, closing, gluing, sewing up bags, rolling lids of metal containers manually or on a machine according to specifications;
Carries out the installation of bottles, bottles, vials in the nests of boxes and laying paper, cardboard, cotton wool, shavings, sawdust and other insulating materials between their rows;
Carries out the capping of filled bottles, bottles, vials, tubes with various corks manually, filling the necks with resin, washing and wiping bottles, vials, monitors the tightness of the capping and the depth of the cork clogging;
Keeps records of packaged parts, products and other products, maintains established documentation, issues invoices for packaged products indicating the type, grade, quality, article, quantity, size, etc.;
Loads antibiotics into vending machine bins;
Monitors the progress of the technological process by instrumentation and visually;
Independently carries out adjustment of machines and their individual components in the process of work, checking dosages on electro-analytical scales, keeping records of performance indicators in the production log, current equipment repairs;
He is obliged to take part in the development and implementation of measures to improve the efficiency of his work, reduce the cost of packing and packaging of material assets, introduce modern means of automating the packing process into the organization of the packing shop;
Obliged to comply with the rules on labor protection;

III. Rights

The packer has the right:

get acquainted with the draft decisions of the enterprise management concerning issues within its competence;
submit proposals for the management of the packaging department to improve its activities;
to interact with other structural divisions of the enterprise, to receive from them information and documents necessary for the performance of their duties;
submit proposals for improvement of the work related to the responsibilities provided for by this instruction for consideration by the management;
require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The packer is responsible for:

improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine;
violation of the rules and regulations governing the activities of the enterprise;
offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine;
infliction of material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine;
compliance with current instructions, orders and orders for the preservation of trade secrets and confidential information;
compliance with internal regulations, safety and fire safety rules.
