I. General Provisions

The manager for receiving private and commercial announcements belongs to the category of technical performers.
A person who has a secondary general education and special training without presenting requirements for work experience is accepted for the position of a manager for receiving private and commercial announcements.
Appointment to the position of a manager for receiving private and commercial announcements and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the director of the enterprise.
The manager for receiving private and commercial announcements reports directly to the director of the enterprise.
During the absence of the manager for receiving private and commercial announcements (illness, vacation, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the director of the enterprise on the proposal of the deputy director. The person acquires the relevant rights and is responsible for the quality and timely performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Qualifications

Forms of cash documents.
Rules for the receipt, issuance, accounting and storage of funds.
The procedure for processing incoming and outgoing documents.
Rules for ensuring their safety.
Rules for the operation of electronic computers.
Internal labor regulations.
Rules and norms of labor protection.

III. Official duties

Accepts ads of a private nature with the execution of the necessary documentation under the heading _______.
Makes schedules for posting ads in the _______ heading.
Compiles an on-air reference for headings.
Carries out operations for the receipt, accounting, and storage of funds with the obligatory observance of the rules that ensure their safety.
Prepares documents and receives funds in accordance with the established procedure.
Keeps a cash book based on receipts and expenditures.
Checks the actual availability of cash amounts with the cash report.
Transfers funds to the accounting department in accordance with the established procedure.
Prepares cash reports.
Prepares a report on private and commercial announcements.
Accepts orders for other television advertising services.
Takes all measures to ensure the safety of entrusted funds and prevent damage.
Timely reports on all circumstances that threaten the safety of the values entrusted to him.
Nowhere, never, and in any way, does he disclose information known to him about operations for the storage of valuables, as well as office assignments at the cash desk.
Performs individual official assignments of his immediate supervisor.
Works in accordance with the established schedule (if necessary, duty on weekends) and the Internal Labor Regulations.
Other duties as required by business need.

IV. Rights

The manager for receiving private and commercial ads has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise relating to its activities.
Make proposals for improving the work related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction.
Request personally or on behalf of the management of the enterprise from the departments of the organization and other specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his duties.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties and rights.

V. Responsibility

The Admissions Manager for Private and Commercial Ads is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description. - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities. - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
