I. General Provisions

The security guard belongs to the category of technical performers.
A person who has an initial vocational education, special training according to the established program and at least 1 year of work experience in the profile is appointed to the position of a security guard.
Appointment to the post of a security guard and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the director of the enterprise on the proposal of _______.
The guard must know:

laws and other regulatory legal acts of Ukraine regulating security activities;
instructions, orders, other regulatory documents regulating the organization of work on the protection of the object and material assets;
the specifics and structure of the enterprise and the mode of operation of its divisions;
pass instructions;
samples of passes, bills of lading and other access documents;
signatures of officials who have the right to give orders for the import and export (removal) of inventory items;
rules for checking exported goods;
the procedure for the detention of persons who committed theft, registration of materials on them;
rules for the use of technical means of security and fire alarms;
the procedure for taking under protection isolated premises, responding to an alarm;
locations of primary fire extinguishing and communication equipment, the procedure for using them;
internal labor regulations and instructions on access control at a guarded facility;
rules for the search of things and personal search, the production of administrative detention, registration of materials for offenders, the use of weapons, radio equipment and intercoms;
general principles of first aid;
rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection.

II. Official duties

Security guard:

Serves for the protection of objects and material values.
Carries out checks of documents of persons passing to the protected object (leaving the object) and control over the import and export (removal) of material assets.
Performs searches of things, as well as personal searches of workers and employees.
Supervises the operation of security and fire alarm devices installed at the enterprise.
Reports their operation to the head of the guard (guard group), the duty officer at the facility, and, if necessary, to the internal affairs body or the fire department.
Finds out the reasons for the alarm and takes measures to detain violators or extinguish the fire.
Takes under protection from financially responsible persons isolated premises equipped with alarms.
When an alarm is declared at a protected facility, it closes the checkpoint, release (admission) from the facility (to the facility) of all persons only with the permission of the head of the guard group (on duty at the facility).
Performs actions to prevent and suppress offenses at protected facilities.
Carries out the detention of persons who are trying to illegally take out (take out) material values from a guarded object or suspected of committing offenses, and escort them to the guardhouse or police station.
Controls the operation of security and fire alarm devices installed at protected facilities.
Used in the service of guard dogs.

III. Rights

The guard has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Require the management of the organization to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The security guard is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
