Must know:

rules for technical operation, regulations, instructions and other guidelines for the repair and maintenance of hydraulic structures and production areas for peat extraction;
technology of hydraulic works;
fundamentals of geodesy, hydraulic engineering and hydraulics;
technical condition of serviced objects, keeping operational records and reporting, economics and organization of production, labor and management;
rules and norms of labor protection, industrial sanitation, fire protection.

Qualification requirements:

Leading hydraulic engineer: higher professional (technical) education and advanced training. At least 2 years of work experience in the profession of hydraulic engineering of the XNUMXst category.
Hydraulic engineer of the 2st category: complete or basic higher education in the relevant field of study (master, specialist or bachelor) and advanced training; for a master - without requirements for work experience, for a specialist - at least 3 years of work experience in the profession of hydromechanics II category, for a bachelor - at least XNUMX years.
Hydraulic engineer of category II: complete or basic higher education in the relevant area of training (specialist, bachelor) and advanced training; for a specialist - without requirements for work experience, for a bachelor - at least 2 years of work experience in the profession of hydraulic engineering.
Hydraulic engineer: full or basic higher education in the relevant field of study (specialist, bachelor) without requirements for work experience.

II. Official duties

The Hydraulic Technician is responsible for the following:

Ensures the implementation of production plans, the maintenance of drainage channels, hydraulic structures, production areas, all auxiliary devices, equipment of pumping stations and fire protection networks, their correct technical operation and repair.
Develops and draws up fire-fighting water supply schemes for peat extraction fields.
Develops measures to skip the spring flood, monitors its passage.
Organizes work, exercises control, maintains documentation on the accounting and transfer of produced peat areas, exercises control over work on the reclamation of mined-out areas, carries out work on the execution of documents for the transfer of worked-out areas to other land users and registration of land acquisition.
Monitoring the state of drainage of peat fields, develops and achieves the implementation of measures to improve drainage standards, provides accounting for the standing groundwater levels in all production areas, provides farms with technical assistance in the operation, reorganization and reconstruction of the on-farm network of hydraulic structures.
Participates in the development of current and future plans for the improvement, development, cleaning and repair of canals and hydraulic structures.
Controls the implementation of the rules of technical operation, labor protection and fire safety by the workers of the operational service and instructs them.
Participates in the implementation of the achievements of science and best practices, new technology in the area assigned to him.
Carries out activities to improve the skills of subordinate employees.
Supervises the operation of a mechanized column for the repair and maintenance of peat extraction fields.

III. Rights

The hydraulic engineer has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.
