I. General Provisions

A teacher of an extended day school group is appointed and dismissed by order of the school director from among persons with higher or secondary specialized education.
The teacher of the educational group is directly subordinate to the deputy director for educational work (initial level).
The main purpose of the position is to replace the family caregiver, teacher and supervision of children during their stay in educational groups of the School.
The educator in his work is guided by:

educational programs;
timetable;
the charter of the school;
norms and rules of labor protection and safety;
this Instruction.

II. Official duties

Organizes and conducts extracurricular educational and educational work in the assigned group, as well as socially useful and cultural and leisure work with the children of the group.
Forms in pupils moral skills for study, work, public property and personal property, and cultural behavior skills.
Monitors students' compliance with the daily routine, organizes homework, cultural, leisure, recreational and other events.
Involves students in artistic, scientific and technical creativity, sports sections, and interest clubs.
Maintains constant contact with parents and teachers, achieves unity of pedagogical requirements for students.
Plans educational work for the assigned group, ensures implementation of the plan, participates in methodological work and improves his skills.
Makes suggestions for improving educational work.
Provides aesthetic education.
Studies the individual abilities, interests and inclinations of students, their family circumstances and living conditions.
Coordinates his work with the work of the class teacher.
Maintains established documentation for the group, provides the administration with information about academic performance and behavior, and prepares characteristics for students in the assigned group.
Accepts children from teachers, parents or persons replacing them, according to the list.
Ensures that students comply with the internal labor regulations of the school, adherence to ethical standards and culture of behavior, and careful treatment of school property.
Organizes and supervises the nutrition of children of the assigned group.
Promotes a healthy lifestyle among students, fights bad habits, monitors the student’s appearance and their compliance with personal hygiene rules.
Ensures strict adherence to health, safety and fire regulations.
Immediately confiscates fire hazardous items and devices, cigarettes, cigarettes, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, narcotic and toxic substances, and brings this to the attention of the Deputy Director for Educational Work in writing.

III. Rights

The teacher has the right:

Independently choose forms and methods of educational work with children and plan it based on pedagogical expediency.
Participate in the work of the Pedagogical Council of the School.
Within the limits of his competence, give mandatory instructions to the students of the group.
If necessary, call the parents of students on behalf of the school.

IV. A responsibility

The teacher bears disciplinary liability for improper performance or non-use without good reason of official duties provided for in paragraph 3 of these Instructions, as well as for violation of the Internal Rules and the School Charter.
Disciplinary action in these cases is imposed by order of the school director after requesting explanations in writing and in compliance with the deadlines established by labor legislation.
Disciplinary action in the form of dismissal from work is applied only after taking into account the opinion of the school’s trade union body.
If a teacher commits an immoral offense incompatible with the performance of educational functions, the employment contract with him is terminated by order of the school director under paragraph __ article __ of the Labor Code of Ukraine.

V. Relationships. Relations by position

Day care teacher:

Works __ hour day based on __ hour work week established load according to the schedule approved by the school director.
Independently plans his work for each academic year and every quarter.
Submits a written progress report to the Deputy Director.
Receives from the Director of the School information of a regulatory, organizational and methodological nature, and familiarizes himself with the relevant documents against signature.
Informs the administration about the difficulties and problems that have arisen.
Transfers information received at meetings and seminars to the director immediately after receiving it.

Researchers from the Universities of Stuttgart and Munich have demonstrated that the thermal footprint left on a smartphone's touch screen after information has been entered can be used to obtain a passcode or unlock gesture.

Researchers offer several ways to protect against "thermal attacks".
