I. General Provisions

The head of a pharmacy belongs to the category of managers.
A person with a higher pharmaceutical education and at least 5 years of work experience in the specialty is appointed to the position of head of a pharmacy.
Appointment to the position of the head of the pharmacy and dismissal from it is made by the director of the organization.
The pharmacist must know:

Ukrainian legislation;
criteria and indicators characterizing the state of providing the population with medicines;
theoretical and organizational foundations of the pharmaceutical business;
the minimum range of medicines required for the provision of medical care established by the executive authority in the field of healthcare;
the current pricing procedure;
a system of benefits established by the executive authorities of the subjects of the federation and local governments for certain categories of citizens;
fundamentals of economics, organization of labor and management;
legislation on labor and labor protection of Ukraine;
rules and norms of labor protection and safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

The head of the pharmacy in his activities is guided by:

The pharmacy manager reports directly to _______.
During the absence of the head of the pharmacy (business trip, vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a deputy (in the absence of such a person appointed in the prescribed manner), who acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the proper performance of his duties.

II. Official duties

Pharmacy manager:

Manages a pharmacy in accordance with applicable law.
Organizes the work of the team for the implementation of timely and high-quality provision of the population with medicines, interaction with other healthcare institutions.
Ensures the availability of the minimum range of medicines necessary for the provision of medical care, established by the federal executive body in the field of healthcare.
Supervises the implementation of orders and instructions by the pharmacy staff.
Conducts an analysis of the activities of the pharmacy and, based on its performance, takes measures to improve the provision of the population with medicines.
Organizes the financial and economic activities of the pharmacy using new economic approaches and management methods.
Takes part in solving problems arising in the course of pharmacy activities in the field of organizing drug supply for the population.
Carries out the rational use of labor, financial and material resources of the pharmacy.
Organizes work on personnel planning, rational placement, use, training and assessment of the qualifications of middle-level pharmaceutical personnel.
Controls the quality of work performed by subordinate employees and their compliance with the internal labor regulations.

III. Rights

The pharmacy manager has the right to:

Act on behalf of the pharmacy in relations with other organizations and public authorities.
Sign and endorse documents within their competence.
Request necessary information and documents from employees.
Give employees instructions to follow.
Submit to the director of the organization submissions on the appointment, relocation and dismissal of pharmacy workers; proposals to encourage distinguished employees, to impose penalties on violators of industrial and labor discipline.
Take part in the work of meetings, conferences, sections, which discuss issues related to professional competence.

IV. A responsibility

The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing harm to human health - within the limits determined by the current criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.

Liquid cooling system for XMG Oasis Mk2 laptops 31.07.2023

Schenker has unveiled an updated version of its XMG-branded liquid cooling system for laptops, dubbed the Oasis Mk2. Compared to the previous model, the new system has become more compact and quiet, and also received a number of useful improvements. It remains compatible with any XGM notebooks that support liquid cooling.

The dimensions of the device were significantly reduced from 203x186x75 mm to 195x166x72 mm, and the weight was reduced from 1,39 to 1,23 kg. In addition, Schenker has improved the noise level of the system with a new pump.
