I. General Provisions

The operator belongs to the category of specialists.
Appointment to the position of operator and dismissal from the position is carried out by order (instruction) of the director.
The operator reports directly to the director and chief accountant of the organization.
The operator must know:

regulatory and methodological materials on the organization of storage facilities;
decrees, orders, orders, other governing and regulatory documents relating to trade turnover at the enterprise;
rules for the operation of computer technology (including software products for automation of warehouse accounting), as well as communications and communications.

In his work, the operator is guided by:

employment contract, job description;
current legislation;
orders and instructions of the director;
internal regulations;
rules of labor protection, fire safety, industrial sanitation.

Ii. Functions

Ensuring the correct and accurate accounting of goods turnover in the organization.
Ensuring proper document flow regarding the receipt and write-off of goods.
Formation of reports concerning the movement of goods.

III. Official duties

Organizes work on accounting and movement of documents on goods accepted to the organization's warehouse.
Performs calculations for sold catering products based on current recipes, purchase prices, and trade markups.
Determines the price of sold products (dishes, semi-finished products, culinary and confectionery products). Prepares orders for price changes for approval by the first person.
As the recipes, purchase prices and trade margins change, it refines the prices for finished products and makes the appropriate adjustments to the calculation cards.
Conducts registration of calculation cards according to the established form.
Based on the requests of the production manager, he calculates the required quantity of products for preparing dishes and his own products.
Carries out a selection from product reports and maintains operational records of released dishes and own products.
Draws up acts for writing off goods upon expiration of the sales period, generation of waste, as well as when goods are damaged for any reason.
Based on the sales documents for closing the shift and on the basis of the balances included in the intake sheet, an inventory list is generated in the program.
According to the established schedule, the bar manager receives an inventory list of goods from the supervisor. Based on the provided document, the operator generates a report on shortages and surpluses of goods and provides it to the bar manager.
At the first request of the management provides the necessary documents and reports.
Performs other one-time assignments of the management of the organization.

IV. Rights

The operator has the right:

submit proposals for improvement of work related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction for consideration by the organization’s management;
participate in the discussion of issues related to his official duties and rights.

V. Responsibility

The operator is responsible for:

for improper performance or failure to fulfill their official duties provided for by this Job Description - in the manner established by the current labor legislation of Ukraine;
for offenses committed in the course of their activities - in the manner established by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine;
for causing damage to the organization - in the manner established by the current labor legislation of Ukraine;
For disclosure of confidential information and information constituting a trade secret, the operator may be subject to administrative liability, up to and including dismissal.
