Must know:

current legislation in the field of culture and art;
fundamentals of labor legislation;
current regulatory documents on issues of cultural, educational and leisure activities;
fundamentals of the history and theory of culture and art, directing mass theatrical performances and holidays;
principles of repertoire formation, organizational and methodological work with creative teams;
the specifics of club, educational work in folk art groups;
rules and norms of labor protection, industrial sanitation and fire protection;
internal labor regulations.

Qualification requirements: higher professional (technical) education. Creative work experience for a specialist - at least 3 years; Bachelor - at least 5 years.

II. Official duties

Coordinates the work of the park’s creative departments in organizing mass artistic events, plans and ensures their implementation at a high level.
Manages the development and production of scenarios for large-scale public artistic events (theatrical shows and festivals, folk festivals, genre festivals, etc.).
Reviews and approves plans and scenarios developed by the creative departments of the cultural park and invited specialists.
Takes measures for the timely preparation and holding of events.
Provides practical assistance to directors, creative and other park employees in preparing and conducting various forms of work.
Accounting for the main cultural events.
Takes measures to organize leisure centers, video salons, discos, studios, clubs, courses, sections, schools, create artistic groups (choral, musical, dance, etc.) in the park, attract professional brass bands, choral, dance groups.

III. Rights

The leader has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, as well as for non-use or directly to their rights provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.
