I. General Provisions

Must know:

Qualification requirements:

watchman: basic general secondary education or primary general education and vocational training in production, without work experience requirements;
senior watchman (in the case of managing shift watchmen): basic general secondary education or primary general education and vocational training at work. Work experience in the profession of a watchman - at least 0,5 years.

II. Official duties

Checks the integrity of the protected object (locks and other locking devices, the presence of seals; fire fighting equipment; serviceability of alarms, telephones, lighting), together with a representative of the administration or a shift guard.
In case of detection of malfunctions (broken doors, windows, locks, lack of seals and seals, etc.), which do not allow the object to be taken under guard, reports this to the person to whom he is accountable, the representative of the administration and the officer on duty at the police station and guards the traces crime before the arrival of the police.
In the event of a fire at the facility, it raises the alarm, notifies the fire brigade and the duty officer from the police station, and takes measures to eliminate the fire.
On duty at the entrance of an enterprise, institution, organization: allows employees, visitors, vehicles to enter the territory of the enterprise, institution, organization and back after they present the relevant documents.
Checks the accompanying documents with the actual presence of the cargo, opens and closes the gate.
Accepts and passes duty with the corresponding entry in the log.
Keeps the checkpoint premises in proper sanitary condition.

III. Rights

The caretaker has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The caretaker is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, as well as for non-use or directly to their rights provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.
