SanDisk X210 505MB/s Read Speed ​​SSDs

SanDisk has announced the release of SanDisk X210 solid state drives, which are designed for the enterprise market. The drives are equipped with a SATA interface and can be included in the configuration of servers, desktops and mobile PCs.

The maximum capacity of 2,5" SSDs is 512 GB. The devices use 19nm flash memory. According to the manufacturer, the devices show speeds up to 505 MB / s in sequential read mode and up to 470 MB / s in sequential write mode.

Other benefits of SanDisk X210 SSDs include support for automatic power management, including DEVSLP, to help reduce power consumption when used as part of a laptop.

In addition, we should mention the nCache technology, which allows you to increase the performance of the storage subsystem by caching data. This technology is also used in the SanDisk Extreme II models.
