I. General Provisions

The huntsman (senior huntsman) belongs to the category of specialists.
A person with a higher professional education is appointed to the position of a huntsman without presenting requirements for work experience; or secondary vocational education and work experience of at least 2 years.
Appointment to the position of a huntsman and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the head of the organization (enterprise) on the proposal or with the consent of the head of the structural unit (hunting department, huntsmen bypass, etc.).
The huntsman reports directly to _______.
During the absence of the huntsman (vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed in the prescribed manner. This person acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the quality and timely performance of the duties assigned to him.
The huntsman carries out the duties assigned to him on the territory of _______ (name of the structural unit) (hunting department, wildlife sanctuary, huntsman bypass, reproduction site, etc.), the exact coordinates, location, area of the territory under his jurisdiction are determined in the huntsman's employment contract.
The hunter must know:

regulations, orders, directives, instructions and other guidance materials (local regulations) on issues of hunting management and hunting supervision;
biology and ecology of game animals, methods of hunting them, hunting techniques;
rules for labor protection and safety, rules for the production of hunting in the region, region;
Charter of the society of hunters and fishermen,
Legislation of Ukraine.

II. Official duties

Organizes and carries out work on maintaining the hunting ground (farm) _______, ensures the implementation of planned tasks, measures for the arrangement of the ranger cordon, huts, stopping points, feed storage facilities (feed storage sheds, silos, etc.).
Organizes and conducts work on accounting for the number of game animals, birds in the hunting ground, takes measures to increase the number of wild animals and birds, their importation and release into the grounds.
Conducts traditional biotechnical activities, including:

procurement, purchase of feed;
arrangement of salt licks;
aspen hem;
planting a willow on a stump;
arrangement of feeders for deer, roe deer;
feeding grounds for wild boars, black grouse, hare;
arrangement of artificial nests, watering holes;
export of feed to feeding points.

Makes proposals on plans for the extraction of hunting animals for the coming season.
He leads and directly participates in the extermination of wolves, jackals and other animals and birds harmful to the hunting economy.
Organizes and directly carries out the protection of the state hunting fund in close cooperation with public inspectors, officials of the relevant bodies (Ministry of Internal Affairs, environmental control, protection of the forest fund, etc.), who are entrusted with supervision and control over the implementation of hunting rules, including:

raid method;
protection by picketing;
patrolling the habitat of game animals, including on vehicles, in order to prevent poaching;
drawing up protocols during the raid and picketing, being in the lands, according to reports and information with a visit to the place;
submission of proposals on the application of measures of administrative responsibility to violators of the rules and terms of hunting, the amount of a fine, etc.;
representation in court when considering cases of violations of the rules of hunting, hunting management, use of land.

The huntsman keeps a register of hunting violations detected on the territory of the hunting ground, seized hunting tools and hunting products.
Systematically informs the heads of the structural unit about the state of the hunting economy (jaeger cordon, reserve, reproduction site, hunting ground).
Keeps records and ensures the safety of primary documentation on the protection of game animals:

protocols, logs on violations of hunting rules;
materials on the accounting of the number of hunting mammals and birds.

Provides established statistical reporting on a quarterly basis.

III. Rights

On the badge, the annual provision of free uniforms in accordance with established standards.
Keep and carry service firearms and special equipment while on duty.
Check with hunters for the availability of hunting tickets, permits of the internal affairs bodies for the storage and carrying of weapons, vouchers; note in the permits the number of shot game; check weapons.
In the manner prescribed by law, to detain violators of hunting rules for drawing up a protocol; when opening cases of poaching, transfer materials to the district internal affairs bodies for initiating a criminal case.
Deliver violators to law enforcement agencies, confiscate weapons and fishing gear, illegal hunting products (except for hares and birds), draw up seizure protocols. Products of illegal extraction are subject to delivery to public catering enterprises. The receipt is attached to the protocol.
Carry out searches of things and personal searches of detainees, check weapons and other tools for obtaining game animals.
