I. General Provisions

  1. The main task of an accountant-analyst is to maintain management accounting in the scope of work of the organization's logistics department.
  2. The accountant-analyst reports directly to the chief accountant.
  3. An accountant-analyst is appointed and dismissed by order of the General Director.
  4. In his work, the Accountant-Analyst is guided by:
  • current legislative acts of Ukraine;
  • the Articles of Association of the Company;
  • Internal regulations;
  • orders (instructions) of the General Director;
  • Quality policy and internal regulations;

II. Official duties

  1. Management accounting in the volume of work of the office, facilities (including regions).
  2. Control of payment of invoices of suppliers and subcontractors.
  3. Complete control over payroll.
  4. Inventory control in the 1C program: version _______.
  5. Preparation of a warehouse inventory report.
  6. Tracking work with suppliers.
  7. Fulfillment of individual official assignments of the chief accountant, general director, executive director, included in the field of activity of the accountant-analyst.

III. Rights

The accountant-analyst has the right:

  1. demand the provision of normal working conditions (premises, workplace);
  2. use of instructions, orders, orders, rules, and other documents approved by the General Director that regulate the work of an accountant-analyst;
  3. submit proposals for consideration by the management on improving the activities of the company and improving the forms and methods of work on issues that are within the competence of the accountant-analyst;
  4. get acquainted with the draft decisions of the chief accountant relating to the activities of the accountant-analyst;
  5. request and receive from the heads of structural divisions of the company, specialists and other personnel the necessary information, documentation, statistical data necessary for the implementation of their functional duties;
  6. inform the chief accountant, executive director, general director about the existing shortcomings in the work and make proposals for their elimination;
  7. use the Internet computer network to resolve issues within the competence of the accountant-analyst, with the permission of the General Director.

IV. A responsibility

The Accounting Analyst is responsible for:

  1. for poor-quality and untimely performance of the tasks and duties provided for by this Instruction;
  2. for non-use and / or misuse of the rights granted by this Instruction;
  3. for non-compliance with Instructions, orders, instructions, Rules and other documents regulating the work of an accountant-analyst;
  4. for non-compliance with safety and fire safety;
  5. for damage or negligence in storage and use, theft of company property;
  6. for rude attitude (behavior) when communicating with employees and staff of the company;
  7. for the safety of documentation and non-observance of the interests of the company, the issuance of confidential information, documentation (trade secrets) about the company and its clients to third parties;
  8. for providing the General Director and Chief Accountant with false or distorted information, reference and other information (documentation).
