I. General Provisions

Requirements for a mechanic-skipper:

higher or secondary technical education;
at least 3 years of experience in water transport;
availability of organizational skills;
mobility, conscientiousness, decency.

The mechanic-skipper is hired and dismissed by the director in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. According to his position, he is subject to all benefits, rights and obligations in accordance with the Charter of the enterprise and the current legislation of Ukraine in full.
The mechanic-skipper reports directly to the captain, the mechanic-mentor and the director.
Its activities are guided by:

the legislation of Ukraine;
charter of service on ships of the river fleet;
rules for receiving and storing petroleum products;
job description;
other legal documents.

The orders of the mechanic-skipper on bunkering issues are binding on the employees of the bunkering station.

II. Official duties

Receiving, storing, dispensing liquid fuels and lubricants to transport vessels.
Keep records of the quantity and quality control of received petroleum products.
Monitor the correct and accurate measurements of received and dispensed petroleum products.
Carry out daily accounting and control over the availability, consumption and shipment of petroleum products to the vessels of the River and Sea Fleet.
Timely organize the uninterrupted operation of the mechanisms and equipment of the oil bunkering station.
Comply with the Fire Safety Rules on the river transport of Ukraine.
Monitor the implementation by all employees of the oil station: "Rules for the receipt, storage and release of petroleum products."
Comply with commercial secrets, internal labor regulations, safety precautions, Ukrainian legislation.

III. Rights

The mechanic-skipper has the right:

Get the information you need to perform your duties.
Give orders and take any legal action to carry out their duties.
Submit proposals to superiors to improve the organization of their work.
In the absence of the captain - a shift engineer on board the vessel, he enjoys the rights and performs his duties with the written permission of the captain.

IV. A responsibility

The skipper is responsible for:

For the consequences of the given orders.
For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, non-compliance with the legislation of Ukraine.

American cardiologists have found that vapers suffer from a stroke about 15% more often than other people of similar age who smoke regular cigarettes.

"The liquid for vaping contains not only nicotine, but also other substances that negatively affect the functioning of blood vessels.
