I. General Provisions

The job description defines the job duties, powers and responsibilities, as well as the working conditions of an accountant of a structural unit (hereinafter referred to as the Unit).
The accountant is appointed to the position and dismissed from the position in accordance with the current labor legislation by order of the general director of the company.
The accountant reports to the head of the Division (administratively), the chief accountant of the company (functionally).
During the temporary absence of an accountant, his duties are assigned to the head of the Division.

The procedure for organizing and maintaining documentation, methods of processing and storage.
Rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection.
Rules for the use of office equipment and PC.
Internal labor regulations.

III. Official duties

Work on various areas of accounting.
To carry out the reception and control of primary documentation for the relevant areas of accounting.
To carry out timely transfer of primary documentation to the central office.
Prepare data for the relevant accounting areas for the company's central office.
Monitor the safety of accounting documents, draw them up in accordance with the established procedure.
Participate in the development and implementation of measures to implement financial discipline and rational use of resources.
Perform work on the formation, maintenance and preservation of a database of accounting information (on paper and electronic media).
Demonstrate a good example of professionalism and ethical relations with clients and employees.
Maintain a positive morale in the office. Show mutual assistance, responsibility, trust, support, optimism.
Carry out separate official assignments of the immediate supervisor.
Follow the rules of the labor schedule adopted by the company.

IV. Official responsibility

For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their official duties provided for by this instruction - within the limits established by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For failure to perform official duties.
For violation of the company's internal regulations.
For violation of business ethics.
For misuse of computer technology.
For offenses committed in the course of their activities, established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For providing false information to management.
For careless attitude to record keeping.

V. Working conditions

The mode of work of an accountant is determined in accordance with the Internal Labor Regulations established in the company.
An accountant, due to production needs, can go on business (local and regional) business trips.
