Who are speculators?

Speculation is the receipt of income due to the difference between the buying and selling prices.

Here is what the Austrian Meissner wrote in 1811: "A speculator is a person who, having approximately calculated the probability of success, runs the risk of embarking on an enterprise, the outcome of which is still hidden by the haze of the future."

What is the Bill of Rights?

The fundamental law of the United States is written into the Constitution. This is the list of laws that everyone - no matter what city or state he lives in - is required to comply.

When the Constitutional Convention met in 1787 to adopt the Constitution, most of the delegates considered it obvious that a person had some rights and argued for not including it in the Constitution. And Virginia and many other states found it necessary to protect the rights of the individual and write them down in a "Bill of Rights" to be appended to the Constitution.

Ten amendments, known as the "Bill of Rights", guarantee:

1. People have the right to say and write what they want, to form unions and to file complaints with the government. Congress cannot make any religion official, and people can practice any.

2. States have the right to draft their own citizens into the state police.

3. In peacetime, people cannot be forced to take soldiers into their homes.

4. Officials may not search a person or his home, or seize property without a warrant. And a warrant (a paper signed by the prosecutor) can only be issued if it is necessary to catch a criminal or prevent a crime.

5. A person cannot be put on trial until the jury finds sufficient grounds for trial. A person cannot be tried twice for the same crime. A person should not be encouraged to testify against himself. A person cannot be executed, imprisoned or charged before trial. Personal property may not be confiscated for public use until its owner has been paid its value.

6. The case of a person suspected of a crime must be promptly brought to trial; the court must be public; it has the right to ask the jury to take part in the hearing of the case; the suspect must be charged.

7. In especially important cases, a person has the right to demand a trial by jury.

8. The accused has the right to file an appeal and be released on bail or bail.

9. The rights listed on this list are not the only rights a person has.

10. Activities not prohibited by the Federal Government, though not listed as permitted, may be done by the states or directly by individuals.

Li-Fi for wireless electroencephalography 06.09.2015

Patients whose condition requires regular monitoring using electroencephalography are shrouded in many wires, which is inconvenient for both doctors and patients themselves. The desire to get rid of wires and transmit all data over the radio channel looks intuitively understandable. But here we face difficulties. After all, the organization of such a connection carries the risk of electromagnetic interference, which can damage medical equipment and even threaten the health of patients.

A group of researchers from South Korea proposed their solution using Li-Fi technology, which transmits data using visible light. During the experiment, the inventors managed to transmit an electroencephalogram wirelessly over a distance of up to 50 centimeters.

The signals from the EEG machine, which measures brain activity, are relatively weak. Their voltage can be from 0,5 mV, and the frequency can be from 0,5 to 45 Hz. Therefore, these signals must be amplified before transmission. Further, the amplified signal is encoded using red, green and blue LEDs.

The main problem is to reduce the number of errors in the transmission and reading of information. After all, accuracy is extremely important here. The Koreans managed to reduce the number of such errors, but specific data is not specified. It is also not yet reported when EEG devices with Li-Fi may appear on the market.
