I. General Provisions

  1. The commandant belongs to the category of technical executors, is hired and dismissed by order of the director of the enterprise on the proposal of _______.
  2. A person who has a general secondary education and special training according to an established program is appointed to the position of commandant.
  3. The commandant reports directly to _______.
  4. In his activities, the commandant is guided by:
  • methodological and regulatory materials relating to the maintenance of service, household and residential premises of the building;
  • the charter of the enterprise;
  • orders and orders of the director of the enterprise and the immediate supervisor;
  • this Job Description.
  1. Commander must know:
  • resolutions, orders, orders, other governing and regulatory documents of higher and other bodies concerning the maintenance, service, amenity and residential premises of the building;
  • basics of labor organization;
  • rules of internal labor regulations;
  • fundamentals of labor legislation;
  • rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures, industrial sanitation, fire protection.
  1. During the absence of the commandant, his duties are performed by a person appointed in the prescribed manner. This person acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the high-quality and timely performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

  1. Organize cleaning and monitor the cleanliness of the interior of the building;
  2. Prepare the premises of the building for autumn-winter operation;
  3. Organize timely repair of doors, windows, locks, curtains, etc.;
  4. Keep records of the availability of property, conduct periodic inspections and draw up acts for its write-off;
  5. Receive, issue inventory, household items to auxiliary workers and cleaners and carry out appropriate operational accounting;
  6. Keep a book of records of sanitary and fire supervision.

III. Rights

The commandant has the right:

  1. get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise relating to its activities;
  2. make proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for by this instruction;
  3. request personally or on behalf of the management from the divisions of the enterprise and specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his duties;
  4. require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The commandant is responsible for:

  1. for failure to perform (improper performance) of their official duties provided for by this Job Description, within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine;
  2. for committing an offense in the course of carrying out their activities within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine;
  3. for causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.

The cutlery we eat appears to influence our perception of food. As a result, scientists finally became convinced that eating is a multisensory process that involves our taste buds, lips, nose and eyes. That is, even before we brought the spoon to our mouth, our brain has already made a conclusion about food, including based on the color of cutlery and utensils. Perhaps that is why decorated dishes on beautiful dishes seem more delicious to us.

This research has practical implications in the treatment of food addiction and other eating disorders. Having studied how exactly the quality of dishes and their color affect the perception of taste, you can adjust the menu during different types of diets. People who need to give up excess salt can be offered to eat food with a knife instead of adding salt. And for those who do not have enough sweetness, it is worth giving white plastic spoons - it will seem that there is more sugar in the product. And of course, food manufacturers should pay attention to this study and pack their yogurts, chocolates and drinks in suitable containers.
