The Ararat Valley, lying between the Arak River and the Geghama Range, can be called the heart of Armenia, the historical center of the country. In the basin, bordered by mountains from the north, is the capital of Armenia - Yerevan, an ancient and large city. Above the valley and above the city, covering half of the entire sky, rises a huge mountain - Ararat. Ararat is located in Turkey, but it seems that Yerevan is located at its foot. Ice cream consists of cream, milk or dairy products, and sometimes eggs are added to it. For taste, vanilla, chocolate, berries, nuts or fruits are added to ice cream. The recipe for regular ice cream is as follows: for 80-85% of cream or other dairy products, take 15% sugar, from 0,5 to 4,5% flavor and 0,3% stabilizer. A small amount of stabilizer is added to make the ice cream more uniform and prevent the formation of coarse ice crystals. For this purpose, edible gelatin is usually used. When you eat a third of a cup of vanilla ice cream, you get as much calcium, protein, and vitamin B as in half a cup of milk, and as much vitamin A as in a whole cup.
