Garlic chemicals help lower high blood pressure and blood sugar, treat asthma and bronchitis, improve blood circulation and heart function, help the body fight dangerous toxins and rejuvenate. Garlic contains the aspirin-like substances allicin and adonizite, which can thin the blood and prevent blood clots. In garlic, a substance was also found that prevents the increase in platelets in the blood and does not collapse when boiled. Due to its high culinary merits, garlic is considered the king of all seasonings - it is preserved, used in pickles, sauces, salads, garlic butter and even marmalade are prepared from it.
