ENCYCLOPEDIA OF RADIO ELECTRONICS AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING Domestic integrated circuits. System of symbols. Reference data Encyclopedia of radio electronics and electrical engineering / Reference materials The symbol system for modern types of integrated circuits is established by OST 11073915-80. The notation system is based on an alphanumeric code. The first element is a number indicating the integrated circuit group according to the design and technological design: 1,5,6,7 - semiconductor ICs; 2,4,8 - hybrid; 3 - others (film, vacuum, ceramic). The second element is two or three digits (from 01 to 99 or from 001 to 999) indicating the serial number of the development of this IC series. The fourth element is a number indicating the serial number of the development of the microcircuit in the series Additional symbols (from A to Z) can also be introduced into the designation, which determine the tolerances for the spread of microcircuit parameters, etc. The following letters may precede the first element of the designation: K - for equipment of wide application; E - for export (pin pitch 2,54 and 1,27 mm); P - plastic case of the second type; M - ceramic, metal- or glass-ceramic case of the second type; E - metal-polymer body of the second type; A - plastic case of the fourth type; I - glass-ceramic body of the fourth type H is a crystal carrier. For unpackaged integrated circuits, the letter B can be added before the series number, and after it, or after an additional letter designation, a hyphen characterizing the design modification is indicated: 1 - with flexible leads; 2 - with tape outputs; 3 - with hard leads; 4 - on a common plate (undivided); 5 - separated without loss of orientation (for example, pasted on a film); 6 - with pads without leads (crystal).
