We all come across at home with the connection of electrical plugs to our many electrical appliances.

But there are only a few designs of electrical plugs, consider one of them

For work we need:

flexible copper wire, section 1,5 mm2;
side cutters;
cutter;
screwdriver;
electric plug, currently from the manufacturer EL-BI.

Let's take a flexible copper wire with a cross section of 1,5 mm2 and an electric plug at the moment from the manufacturer EL-BI.

The wire cross section can be taken smaller, depending on the connected equipment. For extension cords, I do not recommend using cables with a cross section of less than 1 mm2.

Let's disassemble the electric plug into its component parts.

We carefully cut the flexible cable sheath, about 6 cm long.

We clean the insulation so as not to damage the conductive wires, about 3 cm long.

We twist the stripped ends of the veins.

With side cutters we bite off the excess part of the ends. The length of the remaining stripped veins is about 1,5 cm long.

We bend the ends of the wire with pliers to increase the conductive contact between the plug and the cable.

We unscrew the clamping bolts in the pin contacts of the electrical plug.

We insert the bent ends of the conductive wires into the pin contacts of the electric plug so that the bent part is on top when the bolts are tightened, we will save the current-carrying part of the wires from damage.

Before tightening the bolts, do not forget to put the plug body on the cable so that you do not have to unwind it again if you still forgot, repeat the previous operations again, because. re-twisting will worsen the contact.

Reinstall the retaining clamp.

Lay the wires neatly inside the plug before closing.

Install the inner part of the electrical plug into the housing.

Dogs reflect the emotional state of their owner. This conclusion was made by Swedish scientists from the University of Linköping.
