HOME WORKSHOP
Hydraulic class. home workshop Imagine that you are in a technical school classroom. There are classes. The teacher at the pulpit presents the course, and the students, as expected, sit at the tables and listen carefully. But then the theoretical part ends, and an unusual thing happens: the teacher, instead of inviting the students to go to the workshop or laboratory, asks them to stand in the aisles. Then he presses a button on the remote control, and the tables, as if on command, are lowered to the level of the seats. The motor rumbles... and the rows of tables slowly move under the pulpit! One and a half minutes - and the room is free for practical exercises. Such a mobile mechanized class exists in vocational school No. 178 of the village of Atasu, Zhanaarkii district, Dzhezkazgan region. Ten tables are installed in two rows on a frame welded from 90x90 mm corners. The seats rest on tubular frames welded to the frame. Tables have hydraulic cylinders instead of legs. There are twenty of them, all of them removed from decommissioned headers and rigidly connected to the frame. Single-acting cylinders - their rods are advanced under the pressure of oil. When the pressure is released, the stems lower under the weight of the tables. The control of raising and lowering the desks is carried out by the P75-23 hydraulic distributor located on the department console. Oil is pumped into the distributor and then by a gear pump NSh-46 driven by an electric motor with a power of 10 kW and a speed of 960 rpm. The entire hydraulic system is installed below the tables so that the oil displaced by the rods flows into the tank by gravity. At the front of the frame, two guide sprockets rotate in bearings. The middle of the frame rests on rollers. In the back, too, stars, but leading ones. Right there, under the seat of the last desk, there is an electric motor with a power of 0,8 kW, with a speed of 1400 rpm and a worm gearbox with a gear ratio of 50. guide chains stretched along the metal strips and attached to them. The planks, in turn, are welded to the pins concreted into the floor. The support rollers roll straight across the floor.
The pulpit is on a platform with a niche, like a garage, but without a gate. The dimensions of the write are such that the frame with the lowered tables fits in it entirely. Only guide chains remain on the floor. All class tables are also set in motion from the remote control on the teacher's table - there is a reverse switch with a magnetic starter. But the movement of the frame, as soon as it takes some end position, may stop automatically. Pa front and rear desks for this there are limit switches. If necessary, the frame is quite easy to move manually. We built such a class in our technical school. It is simple, reliable and allows you to maximize the useful area of the training workshop. The teachers, students and, of course, the technicians are satisfied - it has become much more convenient for them to clean the room.
