In the process of work, within the time limits established by the enterprise, the wrapper must undergo safety instructions, course training in an 18-hour program and pass exams on knowledge of the rules for the technical operation of consumer electrical installations and safety rules for the operation of consumer electrical installations. 1.4. The wrapper must know the testing periods for protective equipment and devices, the rules of operation and care for them, and be able to use them. It is not permitted to use protective equipment and devices that have expired the inspection period. 1.5. Wrappers who use lifting mechanisms, electric and pneumatic tools, sharpening and drilling machines in the course of their main work, as well as those performing work associated with increased danger and harmfulness, must undergo additional training, pass a technical minimum on the design and operation of this equipment, tool, instruction according to the rules for safe work performance, and have the appropriate certificate. 1.6. The paints and varnishes used in the work and their solvents should be stored in rooms with reliable ventilation and well-closing metal doors, due to their explosiveness and toxicity. Containers for storing paints and varnishes and their solvents must be tightly closed. The tool for opening and closing containers must be explosion-proof. 1.7. The wrapper must know and comply with the safety requirements. 1.8. During work, the wrapper must use the following personal protective equipment: cotton overalls, goggles, and combined gloves. 1.9. After working with varnishes and their solvents, wash your hands with warm water and soap. A wrapper who violates labor safety requirements is held accountable in accordance with the job descriptions established for each employee in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 1.10. Each employee, in accordance with Article 8 of the Federal Law “On the Fundamentals of Labor Safety of the Russian Federation,” has the right to refuse, without any unreasonable consequences for him, from performing work in the event of an immediate danger to his life and health until this danger is eliminated. 2. Disassembly and assembly of small units of electrical equipment should be carried out on workbenches, and large-sized ones - on special work tables or stands, cassettes that ensure their stable position. 3.6. Use portable lamps for drying electric motors with a protective mesh. 3.7. When checking operation, turn on the electric motor from a special test point or a special switch. 3.8. Before turning off, check the integrity of the electrical cable or wires. It is prohibited to use random pieces of wire or cable for testing; it is prohibited to connect them by twisting. 3.9. Remember that you can take measurements with a megometer only on a de-energized electric motor. 3.10. Before starting to work with the device, make sure that it is in working order, as well as the clamps and connecting wires. 3.11. After checking the electric motor, turn off the temporary power supply, as leaving the line from the test point to the motor energized can cause an accident. 3.12. Wrenches should only be used according to the size of the nuts or bolts. When tightening or loosening nuts or bolts, do not install a lining between the edges of the wrench and nut, as well as use levers. 3.13. When removing, pressing and pressing plug-in units and parts, use pullers, presses and other devices that ensure safe operation. 3.14. When working at a workbench, make sure that its surface is clean, smooth and free from burrs. 3.15. When disassembling electric motors, shields, stators, rotors and anchors should be placed on special racks and stands. 3.16. Welding or soldering of the ends of the windings should be carried out only in protective glasses. 3.17. Before testing electrical equipment after repair, it must be firmly fixed, grounded (zeroed), and rotating and moving parts are closed with safety covers. 4. Labor protection requirements during work 4.1. In the event of any accident or emergency situation that could lead to an accident and accident, the wrapper of electrical machine elements is obliged to immediately take all measures within his power to prevent the possibility of damage (destruction) to the object and eliminate the danger to human life. At the same time, report the incident to the foreman or immediate supervisor of the work. 4.2. In order to avoid emergency situations, use only serviceable load-lifting mechanisms. 4.3.
