General requirements for labor protection 1.1. Persons who are at least 18 years old, who have undergone a medical examination, have been trained in safe work methods, have passed a test of knowledge of labor protection requirements, have at least one year of production experience in the specified work and have an electrical safety group of at least one year are allowed to work as an adjuster of machines and machine tools II, as well as those who have a certificate for the right to carry out these works, who have received instructions at the workplace on safety when performing work. 1.2. The adjuster of machine tools and machine tools is obliged: 1.2.1. Comply with the rules of internal labor regulations; 1.2.2. Know the structure of the serviced machines and equipment; 1.2.3. Comply with labor protection instructions and internal labor regulations 1.2.4. Competently operate and timely carry out preventive inspections and repairs of serviced machine equipment; 1.2.5. Monitor the good condition of starting and protective electrical equipment, grounding (zeroing) of machines and manipulators; 1.2.6. Comply with safety signs 1.2.7. Know and comply with labor safety rules when setting up and repairing machine equipment within the scope of duties performed, annually confirm group 2 in electrical safety; 1.2.8. Know the procedure for checking and using manual mechanical and power tools, devices to ensure safe work (ladders, ladders, etc.), protective equipment (dielectric gloves and carpets, tools with insulating handles, voltage indicators, safety glasses); 1.2.9. perform only the work that is defined in the operating instructions for the equipment or job descriptions approved by the administration of the enterprise, and provided that safe methods of doing it are well known; 1.2.10. Know and be able to provide first aid to victims of electric current and other accidents; 1.2.11. Follow the instructions on fire safety measures. 1.3. When servicing equipment, the following hazardous and harmful production factors are possible:

The administration of the enterprise is obliged to provide the adjuster working with machines and manipulators with overalls, footwear and PPE in accordance with industry standards, a cotton suit, leather boots, combined gloves, goggles. 1.5. The victim or eyewitness immediately notifies the immediate supervisor of each accident at work. 1.6. The adjuster of machines and equipment is the person responsible for the preparation of the workplace. 1.7. Elements of machine tools protruding beyond the dimensions of the machine table should not interfere with the operation of the machine, limit access to controls, or create a danger to the work of the machine operator. 1.8. The design of the devices must ensure free exit of chips, drainage of cutting fluid, and, if necessary, have devices for their removal. 1.9. The design of the devices must ensure the safety of installation and removal of workpieces. 1.10. The design of machine tools must provide for the possibility of periodically lubricating all rubbing surfaces using oilers, lubrication holes, and channels. 1.11. Do not allow the cleaner to clean the machine during operation. 1.12. For non-compliance with this instruction, the perpetrators are held accountable in accordance with the internal labor regulations or penalties determined by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. 2. Labor protection requirements before starting work 2.1. Wear and carefully tuck in the special clothing established in accordance with current standards, avoiding drooping ends and tightness when moving. 2.2. Check and verify the availability and serviceability of the fixed tool, devices to ensure safe work performance, personal protective equipment, fire extinguishing equipment. 2.3. Check the condition of general and ordinary lighting. 2.4. Prepare the necessary tools, devices, and first check their serviceability. Do not use random broken tools. 2.5. Check the availability and serviceability of the grounding of the machine. 2.6. Check the serviceability of auxiliary equipment (racks, roller tables, containers). 2.7. Hang a poster: "Do not turn on - the machine is in adjustment." 2.9. Do not carry out any work on the repair of fixtures, equipment, etc., if this is not part of the employee's responsibilities. 2.10. Report all shortcomings and malfunctions found during the inspection at the workplace to the shift supervisor for taking measures to eliminate them completely. 2.11. Place the tool in the workplace with maximum ease of use, avoiding the presence of unnecessary items in the work area. 2.12. Check the availability of a first aid kit. 3. Labor protection requirements during work 3.1. Work only in serviceable and carefully fitted overalls and safety shoes and use personal protective equipment required at the workplace in accordance with current standards. 3.2. Place parts removed during machine setup on racks and stands prepared for this purpose. 3.3. Use aluminum or copper punches when installing cutters. 3.4. Carefully inspect the machine before starting setup, make sure there are no external faults, and turn the machine on at idle speed. Ensure adequate lubrication. 3.5. Check all fastenings of the machine and its accessories. 3.6. Require repairmen to adjust the bearings and prevent axial movement of the spindles. 3.7. Use cutting tools only according to technology 3.8. Do not allow emulsion or oil to leak. Request that the site mechanic immediately repair the leak. 3.9. After setting up the machine, check whether there are any hand tools left in the machine mechanisms. 3.10. When servicing and repairing machines and equipment, the use of metal ladders is allowed. Work with boxes and other foreign objects is prohibited. 3.11. It is necessary to install the stepladder firmly, checking its stability before lifting. Ladders with a height of 1,3 m or more must be equipped with a stop. 3.12. Constantly monitor the health of the equipment. When leaving the machine or manipulator, the latter must be stopped and de-energized. 3.13. Work in the presence and serviceability of fences, interlocks and other devices that ensure labor safety, with sufficient illumination. 3.14. Do not touch moving mechanisms and rotating parts of machines, as well as energized live parts of equipment. 3.15. Keep your work area tidy and clean. 3.16. Keep foreign objects and tools away from moving mechanisms. 3.17. When starting the machine, machine, personally make sure that there are no workers in the area of the machines. 3.18. All repair work on electrical installations, routine inspection, repairs should be carried out with the fuses (voltage) removed. Check the absence of voltage on current-carrying parts of electrical equipment with a voltmeter or voltage indicator. 3.19. To protect against burns when changing lamps in the equipment, the service technician must use cotton gloves, special keys and fixtures. 3.20. For work, use a hand tool with insulating handles (pliers, pliers, wire cutters, screwdrivers), the dielectric coating should not be damaged and fit snugly to the handle. 3.21. Elimination of damage and repairs on the equipment must be carried out when the voltage is completely removed from the equipment. 3.22. The portable power tool used (soldering iron, step-down transformer) must be tested and have an inventory number, systematically and timely checked and repaired. 4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations 4.1. Each employee who discovers violations of the requirements of this instruction and labor protection rules or notices a malfunction of the equipment that poses a danger to people is obliged to report this to the immediate supervisor. In cases where a malfunction of the equipment poses a threatening danger to people or the equipment itself, the employee who discovered it is obliged to take measures to terminate the operation of the equipment, and then notify the immediate supervisor about this. Troubleshooting is carried out in compliance with safety requirements. 4.2. If an accident occurs during work, it is necessary to immediately provide first aid to the victim, report the incident to your immediate supervisor and take measures to preserve the situation of the accident, if this is not associated with a danger to life and health of people. 4.3. In case of electric shock, it is necessary to release the victim from the action of the current as soon as possible, in case of working at height, take measures to prevent him from falling. Switch off the equipment using switches, a plug-in connector, cut the supply wire with a tool with insulated handles. If it is impossible to turn off the equipment quickly enough, other measures must be taken to free the victim from the action of the current. To separate the victim from current-carrying parts or wires, use a stick, board or some other dry object that does not conduct electricity, while the caregiver must stand on a dry, non-conductive place, or wear dielectric gloves. 4.4. If a fire occurs in a technical room, you should immediately start extinguishing it with the available means (carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, asbestos blankets, sand) and call the fire department. 5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work 5.1. It is necessary to tidy up the workplace, tools and fixtures. 5.2.
