Safe Operation

1. General safety requirements

This instruction is obligatory when performing work on the mechanical excavation of a pit with a BM-700 drilling machine installed on the basis of a four-axle railway. platforms

The work is carried out with the occupation of the track of the station or stage, in the "window" for the movement of trains lasting at least 1 hour.

Along with the notification of the energy dispatcher about the time, place and nature of the work, according to the order and order of the energy dispatcher, with voltage relief and grounding of the wires that are in the work area.

When working on the station tracks with the permission of the station duty officer, on the stretch and the main tracks of the station - the train dispatcher.

2. Safety requirements before starting work

Before work starts:

  • coordinate the schedule of work with the distance of the path or give no less than a day in advance an application for the allocation of a representative;
  • in the presence of underground work at the site, obtain a written permit for the production of work at least three days in advance, notify about the place and time of work with a request to appoint a representative;
  • make a breakdown of the places for the development of pits. When replacing supports without re-layout of spans, new supports are installed at a distance of 1,5-3 meters from existing ones with the same dimensions;
  • remove from the work area or dismantle the wires of lighting, group grounding, waveguide and other devices that interfere with work.

On the eve of work, taking into account the mechanisms used, submit an application to the energy dispatcher: to provide a "window" in the movement of trains; to relieve voltage and ground wires and equipment, if during work the parts of the mechanism can approach a distance of less than 2 meters.

Receive an order for the production of work and briefing from the person who issued the order.

Prepare inventory boards for closing the pit (when installing supports in the pit the next day).

Specify the depth of the developed pit according to the documentation.

Select mounting devices, protective devices, signal accessories and tools, check their serviceability and test dates. Load out onto the vehicle. Form an installation train. Shunting movements should be carried out on the access roads or tracks of the station with the permission of the station duty officer.

Organize the transfer of the installation train with the brigade to the station, which borders on the haul or to the station where, in accordance with the order, work will be done. Departure and movement shall be carried out with the permission of the station duty officer (train dispatcher) in the manner established by the Instructions for the movement of trains.

Receive an order from the energy dispatcher indicating the start and end time of work, and, if necessary, to remove voltage and apply grounding to wires and equipment that are in the work area.

When working at the station, coordinate its implementation with the station duty officer by making an entry in the journal "Inspection of tracks, turnouts, signaling devices for communication and contact network" form DU-46.

After closing the station track, obtain permission from the station attendant, and the haul (way of the haul) - permission from the train dispatcher to close it.

The installation train is sent to the haul as an economic train in the manner established by the Instructions for the movement of trains.

After arriving at the place of work, conduct a briefing for all members of the brigade, with a list of each in the outfit. Clearly allocate responsibilities between performers.

Check the presence of representatives of the track distance and the organization that owns the underground utilities.

Connect ground rods to the traction rail and prepare them for hanging on live parts.

Install grounding rods on wires and equipment in accordance with the order. To carry out the admission of the brigade to the production of work.

3. Safety requirements during work

Development of a pit.

After stopping the mechanism near the excavation site, brake it with a hand brake. Fasten to the rail with clamps that prevent derailment. Deploy the working body perpendicular to the axis of the track with the required overhang and proceed with the excavation of the pit.

The development of the pit should be carried out so that it is possible to install the support or anchor in the design position.

The soil extracted from the pit should be placed in compliance with the clearance of the approach of buildings, without filling the ditch.

The development of a pit for cantilever supports and anchors without fixing the walls is allowed

  • when installing supports in the pit, directly behind the mechanical development in the same "window";
  • in recesses and zero places with stable soils at a distance from the axis of the track to the nearest edge of the support of at least 4,9 m
  • at a depth of frozen soil - at least 0,8 m;
  • in dry viscous soils with a support dimension of at least 3,1 m.

The development of pits in special geological conditions is carried out according to an individual project, with the development of technology, at the actual cost of labor. Perform work under the supervision of the head of the district contact network.

Close the pits not used during the "window" at the station and stopping points with portable shields or install fences in compliance with the clearance of the building.

The gap in time between the development of the pit and the installation of a support in it, as a rule, should not exceed one day.

Bring the working body into the transport position and release the rail clamps.

4. Safety requirements upon completion of work

Remove the ground rods, then disconnect them from the traction rail.

Collect materials, mounting devices, tools, protective equipment and load them onto the vehicle.

Give notification to the energy dispatcher about the completion of work. When working at the station, make an entry in the "Journal of Inspection of Tracks, Turnouts, Signaling Devices, Communications and Contact Network" of the DU-46 form.

Bring the mechanism to the transport position and return from the haul to the junction station as an auxiliary train in the manner established by the Instructions for the movement of trains.

Return to base.

5. Safety requirements in emergency situations

If the brakes are suddenly misaligned, they must be adjusted. If this is sufficient, the machine must be manually folded into the transport position.

In the event of a power failure of the machine, it is allowed to supply power from the railcar or locomotive in order to bring the BM-700 to the transport position.

In case of any disturbances in the operation of the diesel generator, immediately take measures to stop it.
