Once every six months, a repeated briefing on labor protection is carried out, and in case of violation of the rules and instructions on labor protection, an unscheduled briefing is carried out.

Subsequently, the transporter undergoes annual labor safety training according to a standard program with knowledge testing. Persons who have not passed the knowledge test are not allowed to work independently.

1.2. Comply with internal labor regulations. The appearance at work in a state of intoxication or under the influence of drugs is a violation of industrial discipline.

1.3. When walking through the territory of the plant, be careful, be careful when crossing areas where vehicles pass, loading and unloading and repair and construction works, when passing through slippery areas during icy conditions and places where ice drifts (icicles) and snow drifts hang.

1.4. The transporter may be exposed to the following hazardous and harmful production factors:

  • moving parts of production equipment;
  • increased voltage of the electrical circuit, the closure of which can occur through the human body;

  • do not approach closer than 10 m to broken wires lying on the ground (wet floor);
  • do not touch open live parts of the equipment, terminals, bare wires;
  • do not make unauthorized repairs or connections to electrical cartridges, sockets, electrical wires and equipment, do not replace the light bulbs and fuses themselves. To perform this work, call the electrician on duty;
  • Immediately report to the workshop manager (foreman) about all exposed wires, open electrical cabinets (electrical panels), broken and disconnected grounding wires.

1.12. In case of injury at work or illness, report the incident to the foreman and contact the first-aid post.

1.13. Know how to provide first (pre-medical) aid in case of:

  • bleeding and fractures;
  • burns;
  • electric shock;
  • poisoning.

Use a first aid kit with a set of medicines for first aid.

1.14. Observe the following personal hygiene rules:

  • leave personal items, outerwear in the dressing room;
  • eat and smoke only in specially designated areas;
  • wash your hands with soap and water after using the toilet;

2.3. Check for availability and serviceability:

  • fire extinguishing means;
  • inventory required for work;
  • conveyors (head section and branches);
  • fencing of moving parts of mechanisms;
  • alarm.

2.4. Make sure your work area is well lit.

2.5. Check the serviceability and reliability of the limit switches of the conveyor drives, as well as the switching on and off of the drives from the intermediate buttons at idle speed.

2.6. Prepare your work area for the safe transportation of goods, clear the conveyors of debris and foreign objects.

2.7. Before starting work, report your comments to the foreman or head of the workshop. Proceed to work after troubleshooting problems that prevent the safe performance of work.

3. Safety requirements during work

3.1. Perform only the work assigned to you in accordance with the technological instructions.

3.2. Be careful not to distract yourself and do not distract others from work. Align your actions with those of your teammates.

3.3. Starting the conveyor, give a signal.

3.4. Make sure that the boxes are positioned correctly on the conveyor belts or chains and rollers. Do not adjust the loads on the belt while the conveyor is running; to do this, stop the conveyor.

H.5. Do not place tools or other objects on the conveyor belt.

3.6. Cross the conveyor on the transition bridges, do not crawl under the operating conveyor. Do not cross the conveyor with heavy objects in your hands or shoulders.

Make sure that during the repair period the electric drives are de-energized, and that all buttons have stenciled signs with the inscription “DO NOT TURN ON! PEOPLE WORKING!”

3.10. After completing the repair, check the presence of coupling guards, chain drives and other rotating parts, as well as the operation of the conveyors at idle speed in the presence of a mechanic and electrician. Make sure the limit switches and intermediate buttons are in good condition.

3.11. Do not lift the load in excess of the permissible limit (for men up to 50 kg, for women - up to 7 kg).

3.12. Do not leave running conveyors unattended; when leaving, leave a trained worker in charge or turn off the conveyors.

3.13. Do not allow unauthorized persons to work areas of the conveyors.

3.14. Do not remove debris or random objects from under the moving conveyor.

3.15. Do not remove foreign objects (broken glass, boards) that have fallen between the boxes running along the belt or are stuck between the rollers on the roller table while moving, but stop the conveyor and then remove the foreign object.

3.16. To avoid an emergency, do not turn on equipment that is prohibited from being used (under repair, being dismantled, etc.).

Artificial leather for touch emulation 15.04.2024

In a modern technology world where distance is becoming increasingly commonplace, maintaining connection and a sense of closeness is important. Recent developments in artificial skin by German scientists from Saarland University represent a new era in virtual interactions. German researchers from Saarland University have developed ultra-thin films that can transmit the sensation of touch over a distance. This cutting-edge technology provides new opportunities for virtual communication, especially for those who find themselves far from their loved ones. The ultra-thin films developed by the researchers, just 50 micrometers thick, can be integrated into textiles and worn like a second skin. These films act as sensors that recognize tactile signals from mom or dad, and as actuators that transmit these movements to the baby. Parents' touch to the fabric activates sensors that react to pressure and deform the ultra-thin film. This ... >>

The attractiveness of caring men 14.04.2024

The stereotype that women prefer "bad boys" has long been widespread. However, recent research conducted by British scientists from Monash University offers a new perspective on this issue. They looked at how women responded to men's emotional responsibility and willingness to help others. The study's findings could change our understanding of what makes men attractive to women. A study conducted by scientists from Monash University leads to new findings about men's attractiveness to women. In the experiment, women were shown photographs of men with brief stories about their behavior in various situations, including their reaction to an encounter with a homeless person. Some of the men ignored the homeless man, while others helped him, such as buying him food. A study found that men who showed empathy and kindness were more attractive to women compared to men who showed empathy and kindness. ... >>

Electronic tongue recognizes food taste 15.10.2023

Researchers from the University of Pennsylvania have presented an innovative model that simulates the influence of taste on our eating behavior depending on needs and preferences. The system combines an “electronic tongue” with a model of the taste zone of the cerebral cortex.

The taste buds on the human tongue convert chemical data into electrical signals that are transmitted to the taste area of the cerebral cortex. This process was abstracted and implemented by researchers using two-dimensional materials just a few atoms thick.

Artificial taste buds built with graphene and molybdenum disulfide memtransistors form an artificial taste system capable of recognizing the basic taste profiles of sweet, salty, sour, bitter and umam. This universal process can be applied to emotional intelligence-based diets and personalized nutrition recommendations in restaurants. The future task of researchers is to expand the range of perception of tastes of the electronic tongue.

"We aim to create arrays of graphene devices that mimic the tongue's roughly 10 taste buds, each slightly different, allowing us to distinguish subtle flavors," says Saptarshi Das, co-author of the study.

Scientists believe that this approach to gustatory emotional intelligence will be transferred to other AI sensory systems such as visual, auditory, tactile and olfactory, with the goal of developing a robotic system that emulates the human brain.
