Safe Operation

1. General requirements for labor protection

1.1. Persons at least 18 years of age who have passed a medical examination, introductory briefing and primary briefing at the workplace and training in the prescribed manner and have a second electrical safety group are allowed to work as a washing machine operator, as well as:

re-instruction;
fire safety briefing;
unscheduled and targeted briefings;
internship.

1.2. The operator of the washing plant must know and observe:

device, principle of operation and rules for the technical operation of washing equipment;
the main types and principles of malfunctions of this equipment;
safe practices when performing operations for washing wheel sets of bogies;
rules of internal labor regulations;
fire safety rules.

1.3. The driver of the washing plant must not touch the electrical equipment, do not repair the malfunctions of the electrical equipment himself.

1.4. The washing plant is controlled from the control panel.

1.5. To ensure safety, the trolley wheel pair washing plant is located in an autonomous room.

1.6. All rotating and current-carrying equipment of electric motors and auxiliary mechanisms must be protected.

1.7. Compressor equipment must have sound and light alarms when the parameters go beyond the set value.

1.8. The pumping unit, washing plant, other production facilities and premises must be equipped with fire extinguishing equipment in accordance with the requirements of the State Fire Supervision Service.

1.9. The design and location of the controls should exclude the possibility of involuntary and spontaneous switching on and off of production equipment.

1.10. Repair of equipment under water in tanks should be carried out only after the facilities are freed from water.

1.11. Perform only the work assigned by the master.

1.12. The operator of the washing plant must be guided by the requirements:

this instruction;
regulation on the discipline of employees of the railway transport of the Russian Federation.
instructions for signaling on the railways of the Russian Federation;
rules for the design and safe operation of lifting mechanisms.

1.12. In his work, the driver must use the following PPE:

cotton suit;
leather boots;
combined gloves;
goggles;
rubberized apron.

1.13. When on the railway tracks, the operator of the washing plant must comply with the following requirements:

railway tracks to pass only in the established places, indicated by the signs "Service Passage";
cross the tracks only at a right angle, after making sure that in this place there is no moving locomotive at a dangerous distance;
to cross the track occupied by the rolling stock, only using the transition platforms of the wagons;
pass between uncoupled wagons if the distance between them is at least 10 m;
pay attention to the indications of the enclosing traffic lights;
do not cross the path in front of the moving train;
do not crawl under the wagons.

2. Labor protection requirements before starting work

2.1. Before switching on the washing plant, the driver must:

put on overalls, safety shoes;
clean the workplace and passages around the unit.

2.2. Verify:

serviceability of the drive, actuators of the installation and its starting devices;
serviceability of pulling devices and the presence of a slinging scheme;
availability, serviceability and reliability of fixing protective fences;
availability and reliability of grounding of electric motor cases and starting equipment;
serviceability of insulation of electric power wiring;
sufficiency of illumination of workplaces.

2.3. Report any deficiencies to the master.

2.4. Prepare the washing solution according to the technological map.

3. Labor protection requirements during work

3.1. When tying and hitching wheel sets, the driver must be guided by the following instructions:

tying and hitching of wheel pairs should be carried out according to the slinging scheme
tie the wheel pair in such a way that during the movement the fall of individual parts is excluded and the stable position of the load is ensured;
before each lifting of the wheel pair, the driver must personally give a signal to the operator of the overhead crane about the start of lifting and moving;
before horizontal movement of the load, make sure that the wheelset is raised to a height of at least 0,5 m above the objects encountered on the way;
lay the wheelset evenly on the rails.

3.2. When installing a wheel set on an automatic car wash, the driver must check that there are no foreign objects in the car wash.

3.3. Washing of wheel pairs is carried out according to the established program for 7-10 minutes

3.4. Monitor the temperature of the washing solution on a thermometer, which should be in the range of 75-85°C.

3.5. When washing wheelsets in a solution of caustic soda, wear protective goggles.

3.6. During mechanized washing of wheel sets, lighting sources, wiring and power engines must be hermetically isolated.

3.7. The supply of magnetic starters and control buttons of the washing plant at a voltage of 220 V is allowed under the following conditions: mechanical and electrical interlocking device when opening the doors of magnetic starter cabinets, waterproofing of starting devices and wiring, grounding of housings, cabins and equipment.

3.8. The suitability of the cleaning solution is determined by laboratory analysis.

4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations

4.1. If equipment defects are found that pose a danger to human life and the integrity of the equipment, immediately stop work, if possible, disconnect the electrical equipment from the mains, take measures to eliminate the accident, report the incident to the management.

4.2. If there is a danger of an accident, take measures to prevent it. If an accident occurs, provide medical assistance to the victim, if necessary, call an ambulance. Notify management of the incident

5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work

5.1. Make sure that the electrical equipment of the washing installation is disconnected from the mains.

5.2. Clean up the workplace and around the washing plant.

5.3. Report all malfunctions to the master.

When a person looked at a dog, if it still grabbed food, in 75% of cases it did it stealthily - walked around the room, as if not paying attention to the treat, and then, as if by chance, grabbed a piece. If the "watchman" played on the computer, then such evasive behavior was observed only in 24% of cases.

The results of the experiment refute the idea of the behavior of dogs as a simple complex of conditioned and unconditioned reflexes.
