Safe Operation

1. General requirements for labor protection

1.1. To independent work as a dispatcher, persons who have passed:

induction training;
fire safety briefing;
initial briefing at the workplace;
training in safe working methods and techniques for at least 10 hours;
instructing on electrical safety at the workplace and checking the assimilation of its content. Persons who do not have medical contraindications may be accepted to perform the duties of a dispatcher.

1.2. The dispatcher must:

repeated briefing on labor safety at the workplace at least every three months;
unscheduled briefing: when changing the technological process or labor protection rules, replacing or modernizing production equipment, fixtures and tools, changing working conditions and organization, in case of violations of labor protection instructions, breaks in work for more than 60 calendar days (for work, to which are subject to increased security requirements - 30 calendar days);
dispensary medical examination according to the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 90 dated March 14.03.1996, XNUMX.

1.3. The dispatcher must:

comply with the internal labor regulations established at the enterprise;
comply with the requirements of this manual, fire safety instructions, electrical safety instructions;
comply with the requirements for the operation of equipment;
use for its intended purpose and take care of the issued personal protective equipment.

1.4. The dispatcher must:

be able to provide first (pre-medical) assistance to the victim in an accident;
know the location of first aid, primary fire extinguishing equipment, main and emergency exits, evacuation routes in case of an accident or fire;
perform only the assigned work and not transfer it to others without the permission of the foreman or head of the workshop;
during work, be attentive, not be distracted and not distract others, do not allow persons who are not related to work to the workplace;
keep the workplace clean and tidy.

1.5. The dispatcher must know and follow the rules of personal hygiene. Eat, smoke, rest only in specially designated areas and places. Drink water only from specially designed installations.

1.6. If a fire is detected or in the event of a fire:

turn off the equipment;
inform the fire brigade and administration;
start extinguishing the fire with the primary fire extinguishing equipment available in the workshop in accordance with the fire safety instructions;
in case of a threat to life - leave the premises.

1.7. In case of an accident, provide the victim with first (pre-medical) aid, immediately report the incident to the foreman or head of the workshop, take measures to preserve the situation of the incident (equipment condition), if this does not create a danger to others.

1.8. For non-compliance with the safety requirements set forth in this manual, the dispatcher is liable in accordance with applicable law.

1.9. In accordance with the "Model norms for the free issuance of personal protective equipment to workers and employees of enterprises, the dispatcher must be provided with: a cotton robe, wear period 12 months, combined gloves - 3 months

1.10. The main hazardous and harmful production factors under certain circumstances can be:

means of transport;
faulty roads, unloading platforms, scaffolds, racks, ladders, loading mechanisms;
cargo;
explosive, toxic, combustible substances.

2. Safety requirements before starting work

2.1. Inspect overalls and other personal protective equipment, put on serviceable overalls.

2.2. Check out the workplace. Make sure that it is adequately lit, that the floors and coverings are clean, without potholes, and that passages and driveways are not cluttered with foreign objects.

2.3. Familiarize yourself with the entries in the dispatch log and other technical documentation.

2.4. Check the availability and serviceability of fire fighting equipment.

3. Safety requirements during work

3.1. To carry out operational regulation of the course of production and other activities of the enterprise and its divisions in accordance with production programs, calendar plans.

3.2. When exercising operational control over the course of production, ensuring maximum use of production capacities, comply with the requirements for the safety of equipment and technological maps.

3.3. During operation, do not use techniques that speed up work by violating safety requirements.

3.4. In case of interruption in the supply of fuel, electricity to production, contact the electric networks by phone and find out the reason for the shutdown and the time of supplying voltage to production

3.5. Protective equipment used in the course of work, mechanized tools, equipment and technological equipment must be used for their intended purpose, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for their operation.

4. Safety requirements in emergency situations

4.1. In case of an emergency, suspend the release of products, leave the danger zone, and, if necessary, remove people who are nearby.

4.2. In the event of a fire, immediately call the fire brigade by phone 01, remove people and, if possible, combustible substances to a safe place, start extinguishing the fire with the available primary fire extinguishing equipment. Report the fire to management.

4.3. Provide first aid to victims in case of injury and call an ambulance or send the victim to a first-aid post, inform the head.

5. Safety requirements at the end of work

5.1. Tidy up the workplace, make the necessary entries in the dispatch log.

5.2. Places of production of works should be subjected to thorough cleaning, washing.

5.3. Warn the shifter about the shortcomings noticed and not eliminated during the work.
