When cleaning and adjusting the milling head, turn off the motor of the milling head and make sure that the cutter has come to a complete stop. Clean glue boilers from pitch and slag after they have completely cooled down and when the power is turned off. When working in the area of heating devices and glue apparatus, use canvas gloves with asbestos overlays. Check if there are any foreign objects in the path of the blocks. While the machine is running, it is prohibited:

When changing the milling head, service technicians must wear protective gloves. The milling head must be attached to the body with all bolts. When changing knives for three-sided cutting of blocks, it is forbidden to take the knives with your hands from the side of the sharpened edge. It is allowed to carry knives in cases with special locks. Removed knives should be placed in cases. If the toning section and the brush section are in the tilted position, the suction pipe must be closed off with a sheet metal shutter. Racks with notebooks and other semi-finished products must be installed near the line so that they do not interfere with free access to the line control panels. Only an electrician is allowed to change the infrared radiators in the drying section after they have completely cooled down. Change the format of the feeder nests, move the guards of the guide channel, change the level of the guide squares in the feed area, set the exact supply of blocks to the plate conveyor, adjust the amount of cutting of the spine folds of the notebooks, adjust the speed of the bar chains of the drying section, clean the disc cutter from glue residue and carry out other work according to the technological adjustment of the line is allowed only when the main switch is off. During the operation of the line it is prohibited:

4. Safety requirements in emergency situations 4.1. In case of fire, immediately turn off the equipment, turn off the power supply, with the exception of the lighting network. Inform everyone working in the room about the fire, start extinguishing the source of fire with the available fire extinguishing equipment. 4.2. If voltage (sensation of current) is detected on the metal parts of the machine, the electric motor hums, the ground wire is broken, turn off the equipment, report to the foreman about the malfunction of the electrical equipment and do not start work without his instructions. 4.3. In the event of a power outage, the appearance of a smell of smoke or burning, sparking of the motor, the ingress of foreign objects, with a significant decrease in the number of revolutions of the motor shaft, if strong vibration and noise occur, immediately turn off the equipment. 4.4. In case of an accident, first of all, release the victim from the traumatic factor, provide first aid, call for medical assistance, inform the manager, save the traumatic situation until the causes of the incident are investigated. 5. Safety requirements at the end of work 5.1. Disconnect the machine (unit, line) from the mains, lubricate and clean, tidy up the workplace, put all fixtures and tools in the designated place, hand it over to the shifter and make an entry in the Journal about the state of the machine (unit, line).
