General requirements for labor protection 1.1. Persons not younger than 18 years of age, with an electrical safety group of at least III, who have passed a medical examination and have no contraindications to work in this profession (specialty), introductory briefing and briefing at the workplace are allowed to work. Workers are allowed to work independently after an internship, verification of theoretical knowledge and acquired skills in safe ways of working. In the future, at the workplace, briefings on labor protection are held at least once every 3 months. 1.2. When transferring to a new job, from temporary to permanent, from one operation to another with a change in the technological process or equipment, employees must be instructed in labor protection at the workplace. 1.3. Conducting all types of briefings must be recorded in the Briefing Log with the obligatory signatures of the person who received and conducted the briefing. 1.4. Each employee is obliged to comply with the requirements of this instruction, labor and production discipline, work and rest regime, all requirements for labor protection, safe work performance, industrial sanitation, fire safety, electrical safety. 1.5. Smoking is allowed only in specially designated areas. The use of alcoholic beverages at work, as well as going to work in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication, is prohibited. 1.6. When performing work, it is necessary to be attentive, not to be distracted by extraneous affairs and conversations, and not to distract others from work. It is forbidden to sit down and lean on random objects and fences. 1.7. It is not allowed to approach operating machines, installations, machines on which other workers work, and distract them with extraneous conversations, turn on or off (except in emergency cases) equipment, transport and lifting mechanisms, work on which is not assigned, go beyond the fences of hazardous areas, in the zones of technological passages. 1.8. The employer is obliged to provide workers with overalls, safety shoes, as well as personal protective equipment in accordance with the work they perform and in accordance with applicable standards. It is forbidden to work without overalls, safety shoes and other personal protective equipment laid down in accordance with the standards. 1.9. Each employee needs:

It is forbidden to be in production premises in outerwear, undress or hang clothes, hats, bags on equipment. 1.12. Store chemicals in quantities not exceeding the established norms, in a tightly closed container with an inscription on the contents. 1.16. It is forbidden to repair equipment, fix electrical equipment and the electrical network to personnel who do not have access to these works, work near unshielded current-carrying parts, touch electrical wires, general lighting fittings, open doors of electrical cabinets, fencing of knife switches, switchboards and control panels. 1.17. Disassembly, repair and cleaning of electrographic devices must be carried out by special personnel who have a permit to service electrical installations with a voltage of more than 1000 V and qualification of group IV. 1.18. Do not use lubricants for washing hands. 1.19. It is forbidden to be in the production room after the end of work. 1.20. The employee is responsible in accordance with applicable law for compliance with the requirements of instructions, industrial injuries and accidents that occurred through his fault. 1.21. The control of the implementation of this instruction is assigned to the head of the department. 2. Safety requirements before starting work 2.1. Put on your uniform, put it in order. Prepare personal protective equipment, check their serviceability. 2.2. Read the entry in the Equipment Maintenance Log. 2.3. Inspect equipment and work area. Check the serviceability of the equipment, the presence and strength of the fastening of the fences, the serviceability of the safety devices, turning on and off devices, protective grounding, the operation of the glass frame latches. 2.4. Remove dust, cleaning materials or other foreign objects from the photoreproduction camera, illuminators or other equipment, prepare all fixtures and tools. 2.5. Check and adjust the lighting of the workplace, whether ventilation is turned on. 2.6. Report all identified problems to the work manager and do not start work until they are eliminated. 3. Safety requirements during work 3.1. When working with selenium plates, wear rubber gloves, wash hands with soap and water before eating and after work. It must be remembered that selenium affects the skin and mucous membranes, selenium salts cause dermatitis, disrupt metabolism. 3.2. When inserting reproducible originals into the document holder, lower the glass clamp carefully. 3.3. When turning the document holder to the vertical position, hold it with your hand. 3.4. Check the operation of the processor in the closed state. Stand on the rubber mat when turning on the processor. 3.5. Check the security of the plates in the cassettes, paying special attention to the fixing screws. 3.6. At the moment of electrification of the semiconductor selenium layer, it is forbidden to remove the plate from under the corona spark gap and touch it with your hands, since at this moment a high voltage remains on the plate. 3.7. Before transferring the electrographic visible image from the selenium plate to the plate material, check the operation of the portable device, the operation of the voltmeter and indicator lamps. 3.8. To fix the electrographic image on paper by a chemical method using organic solvents should be in fume hoods. 3.9. Clean the selenium plates from the remnants of the electrographic visible image under the included local exhaust ventilation. 3.10. Put tampons with the remnants of cleaning and detergents in metal tightly closed boxes. At the end of the shift, the contents of the boxes should be removed from the room. 3.11. When disconnecting the machine from the mains, discharge the high-voltage capacitors by pressing alternately on the upper movable parts of both contacts with a screwdriver with an insulated handle until sparking between the contacts stops. 3.16. The electrographic developer should be prepared in glass vessels with a ground stopper and work in a fume hood so that the developing powder does not spread around the room. 3.17. It is forbidden:

In case of fire, immediately turn off the device, turn off the power supply, with the exception of the lighting network, call the fire brigade, inform the work manager and proceed to eliminate the fire using the available fire extinguishers. 4.2. If voltage (sensation of current) is detected on the metal parts of the device, the ground wire is broken, turn off the device, report the malfunction to the foreman and do not start work without his instructions. 4.3. Turn off the equipment in case of power failure or vibration and noise. 4.4. In case of injury, first of all, release the victim from the traumatic factor, notify the work manager, call for medical assistance, provide first aid to the victim and maintain a traumatic situation until the causes of the incident are investigated. 5. Safety requirements at the end of work 5.1. Turn off the device, make an entry in the Journal about the state of the equipment. Tidy up your workspace. Remove tools, fixtures and cleaning agents in the designated areas. 5.2. Take off your clothes and put them in the closet. 5.3. Wash face and hands with warm water and soap. 5.4.
