  • rubberized apron GOST 12.4.029-76 - for 6 months;
  • rubber boots - for 12 months;
  • rubberized sleeves - for 6 months.

1.7. To prevent and prevent the spread of gastrointestinal, parasitic and other diseases, the employee must:

  • cut nails short;
  • wash hands thoroughly with soap before starting work, after each break in work and contact with contaminated objects, as well as after visiting the toilet (preferably with a disinfectant).

2. Safety requirements before starting work

2.1. Prepare the workplace for safe work and check the serviceability of the equipment used.

2.2. In the potato peeler check:

  • the integrity of abrasives and the presence of a loading funnel;
  • absence of foreign objects in the working chamber.

2.3. Check the operation of the machine at idle.

2.4. Before installing the interchangeable discs of the vegetable cutting machine, carefully check the reliability of the attachment of knives and combs to them. Do not check the cutting edge of the knife with your hand.

3. Safety requirements during work

3.1. Load root crops with the machine's electric motor turned on and after water has been supplied to the working chamber.

3.2. Install (remove) the grater disc using a special hook with the potato peeler motor turned off.

3.3. Do not put your hands into the working chamber of the potato peeler while it is running.

3.4. Do not remove stuck root crops with your hands, use special tools for this purpose.

3.5. Use a fume hood when manually peeling onions.

4. Safety requirements at the end of work

4.1. Close the valve on the inlet water supply.

4.2. Clean the hole in the bottom of the working chamber of the machine using a special tool.

Artificial leather for touch emulation 15.04.2024

In a modern technology world where distance is becoming increasingly commonplace, maintaining connection and a sense of closeness is important. Recent developments in artificial skin by German scientists from Saarland University represent a new era in virtual interactions. German researchers from Saarland University have developed ultra-thin films that can transmit the sensation of touch over a distance. This cutting-edge technology provides new opportunities for virtual communication, especially for those who find themselves far from their loved ones. The ultra-thin films developed by the researchers, just 50 micrometers thick, can be integrated into textiles and worn like a second skin. These films act as sensors that recognize tactile signals from mom or dad, and as actuators that transmit these movements to the baby. Parents' touch to the fabric activates sensors that react to pressure and deform the ultra-thin film. This ... >>

Petgugu Global cat litter 15.04.2024

Taking care of pets can often be a challenge, especially when it comes to keeping your home clean. A new interesting solution from the Petgugu Global startup has been presented, which will make life easier for cat owners and help them keep their home perfectly clean and tidy. Startup Petgugu Global has unveiled a unique cat toilet that can automatically flush feces, keeping your home clean and fresh. This innovative device is equipped with various smart sensors that monitor your pet's toilet activity and activate to automatically clean after use. The device connects to the sewer system and ensures efficient waste removal without the need for intervention from the owner. Additionally, the toilet has a large flushable storage capacity, making it ideal for multi-cat households. The Petgugu cat litter bowl is designed for use with water-soluble litters and offers a range of additional ... >>

The attractiveness of caring men 14.04.2024

The stereotype that women prefer "bad boys" has long been widespread. However, recent research conducted by British scientists from Monash University offers a new perspective on this issue. They looked at how women responded to men's emotional responsibility and willingness to help others. The study's findings could change our understanding of what makes men attractive to women. A study conducted by scientists from Monash University leads to new findings about men's attractiveness to women. In the experiment, women were shown photographs of men with brief stories about their behavior in various situations, including their reaction to an encounter with a homeless person. Some of the men ignored the homeless man, while others helped him, such as buying him food. A study found that men who showed empathy and kindness were more attractive to women compared to men who showed empathy and kindness. ... >>

MEMS Microphone MP23DB01HP 27.06.2020

The MP23DB01HP is a new compact omnidirectional MEMS microphone from STMicroelectronics, based on a capacitive sensor element and containing an on-chip that performs signal processing.

The primary transducer of acoustic vibrations is based on MEMS silicon micromachining technology. The built-in IC is manufactured using CMOS technology, which ensures low consumption when generating the output digital signal in the PDM format.

The MP23DB01HP has several modes of operation (low power, low power, and maximum performance), which are determined by the clock frequency range. The device has a very high overload capacity (AOP 135dBSPL) and a small sensitivity spread within +-1 dB.

The MP23DB01HP has a lower location for the audio signal input port. The microphone is available in a metal housing that provides shielding from electromagnetic interference. The product operates in an extended temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.

MP23DB01HP Features:

Omnidirectional digital MEMS microphone;
Very low non-linear distortion;
High overload capacity: 135 dBSPL;
Several operating modes;
Current consumption: 2 µA (sleep mode); 285 µA (low power mode);
Consumption in maximum performance mode: 800 μA;
Digital PDM interface with option for stereo tuning.
