The instructions apply to all departments of the enterprise. 1.2. The instruction was developed on the basis of DNAOP 0.00-8.03-93 "Procedure for the development and approval by the owner of labor protection regulations in force at the enterprise", DNAOP 0.00-4.15-98 "Regulations on the development of labor protection instructions", DNAOP 0.00-4.12-99 " Model regulation on training on labor protection", SNiP III-4-80. 1.3. The instruction is valid for 3 years from the date of approval. 1.4. According to these instructions, the internal security guard (hereinafter referred to as the watchman) is instructed before starting work (initial briefing), and then every 6 months (repeated briefing). The results of the briefing are recorded in the "Journal of registration of briefings on labor protection issues". After passing the briefing, the log must contain the signatures of the instructor and the watchman. 1.5. The owner must insure the caretaker against accidents and occupational diseases. In case of damage to the health of the caretaker through the fault of the owner, he (the caretaker) has the right to compensation for the harm caused to him. 1.6. For non-compliance with this instruction, the watchman bears disciplinary, financial, administrative and criminal liability. 1.7. Persons at least 18 years of age who have undergone a medical examination, introductory briefing on labor protection, briefing at the workplace and briefing on fire safety are allowed to work as a watchman. 1.8. The caretaker must: 1.8.1. Know the specifics of the enterprise; location of individual objects, sites, etc. 1.8.2. Comply with fire safety regulations. 1.8.3. Know the phone numbers for calling the fire department (01), police (02), ambulance (03), home phone number of the head of the enterprise, facility, site. 1.8.4. Know how to provide first aid to victims of accidents. 1.8.5. Have a first aid kit with the necessary medicines for first aid. 1.8.6. Comply with the internal labor regulations and in particular: 1.8.6.1. Do not touch electrical wires, fittings, general lighting, do not open the door of electrical cabinets. 1.8.6.2. On the territory of the enterprise, move only along paths, sidewalks, crossings specially designed for this, keeping to the right side. 1.8.6.3. Be attentive while on duty, do not engage in extraneous matters. 1.8.6.4. Do not turn on or turn off (except in an emergency) machines, machines, mechanisms. 2. Safety requirements before starting work 2.1. Do not deviate from the route when inspecting objects, especially at night. 3.2. Do not repair electrical appliances and electric lighting; do not lift a broken electrical wire, do not touch a hanging wire. 3.4. Do not allow fires to be built on the protected object and near it. 3.5. Do not turn off signaling devices when the fire alarm is triggered. 3.6. The inclusion of household appliances in the electrical network is carried out using plug-in connections. 3.7. Do not come closer than 8-10 m to the electric wire lying on the ground. 3.8. When passing vehicles to the territory of the facility, you must be especially careful. 3.9. Gates for the passage of vehicles must be serviceable and equipped with latches. 3.10. When inspecting vehicles, one should not stand on their wheels; it is necessary to use portable ladders. 4. Safety requirements after finishing work 4.1. At the workplace, turn off all electrical appliances, local lighting, etc. 4.2. Tidy up the workplace, fold the documentation. 4.3. Make an entry in the change log. 4.4. Report to the manager and shift worker about all the shortcomings that occurred during the shift. 5. Safety requirements in an emergency 5.1. If possible, do not create panic, proceed to eliminate the emergency. 5.2. Keep unauthorized persons out of the danger zone. 5.3. Report what happened to your immediate supervisor. 5.4.
