Safe Operation

1. General requirements for labor protection

1.1. Persons at least 18 years of age who have been instructed in labor protection, a medical examination and have no contraindications for health reasons, who have the I qualification group of electrical safety admission, are allowed to use technical training aids. Students are not allowed to use projection equipment and other technical teaching aids.

1.2. Persons admitted to the use of technical training aids must comply with the internal labor regulations, the schedule of training sessions, the established work and rest regimes.

1.3. When using technical training aids, the following dangerous and harmful production factors may affect the workers:

  • electric shock in the absence of grounding (zeroing) of the case of the demonstration electrical device or a faulty electrical cord and electrical plug;
  • blinding the eyes with a strong luminous flux when removing the protective cover of a demonstration electrical device during its operation;
  • hand burns when touching the protective cover of the demonstration electrical device during its operation;
  • the occurrence of a fire when igniting a film, filmstrip, transparencies, slides.

1.4. When using technical training aids, observe fire safety rules, know the location of primary fire extinguishing equipment. The room for the demonstration of films must be provided with a fire extinguisher and a box of sand.

1.5. In the event of an accident, the victim or eyewitness of the accident must immediately notify the administration of the institution. In the event of a malfunction of the technical teaching aids, stop work and inform the administration of the institution.

1.6. Observe the procedure for using technical training aids, the rules of personal hygiene, and keep the workplace clean.

1.7. Persons who have failed to comply with or violate the instructions on labor protection are subject to disciplinary liability in accordance with the internal labor regulations and, if necessary, are subjected to an extraordinary examination of knowledge of the norms and rules of labor protection.

2. Labor protection requirements before starting work

2.1. Install projection electrical equipment on the opposite side of the exit from the room.

2.2. Ground the body of the electrical device with the "Earth" terminal.

2.3. Make sure that the electrical cord and plug of the device are intact, as well as that the objective lenses are in good condition and that the protective cover is in place.

3. Labor protection requirements during work

3.1. Do not connect the demonstration electrical appliance to the mains with wet hands.

3.2. Turn on the demonstration electrical appliance and check that it is working properly and that the cooling fan is working.

3.3. During the demonstration of films, filmstrips, slides, etc., no more than 50 people should be present in the room, who must be seated in front of the demonstration device.

3.4. To avoid dazzling the eyes with a powerful luminous flux, do not remove the protective cover while the demonstration electrical appliance is in operation.

3.5. To avoid burns to your hands, do not touch the protective cover of the demonstration electrical appliance while it is in operation.

3.6. Do not leave working learning aids unattended.

3.7. Persons who have a qualification certificate of a projectionist, as well as a coupon for technology, are allowed to work on film equipment. fire safety.

4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations

4.1. In the event of a malfunction in the operation of the demonstration electrical device or a violation of the grounding of its case, turn off the device and disconnect it from the mains. Continue work only after the malfunction has been eliminated. If the film, filmstrip, transparencies, slides, etc. ignite, immediately turn off the demonstration electrical device, evacuate students from the premises, report the fire to the administration of the institution and the nearest fire station, and proceed to extinguish the fire using primary means firefighting.

4.3. In case of injury, provide first aid to the victim, if necessary, send him to the nearest medical institution and inform the administration of the institution.

5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work

5.1. Switch off the demonstration electrical device and, after it has cooled down with a cooling fan, disconnect it from the mains.

5.2. Remove film, filmstrip, transparencies, slides, etc. from the demonstration device, place in a tightly closed box and put away in the place provided for storage.

5.3. Ventilate the room and wash your hands thoroughly with soap.
