Safe Operation

General safety requirements

To work as a plant management specialist, persons who have reached the age of 18, who have previously passed an introductory safety briefing and briefing at the workplace, have completed an internship at the workplace for 30 days and have access to independent work, are allowed to work.

The specialist must know and comply with the internal labor regulations of the plant, exclude the use of alcoholic, narcotic and toxic substances before and during work. Smoking is allowed only in specially designated areas.

The specialist must know the fire safety rules and, if signs of fire are detected, immediately turn off all equipment, report the fire to the fire department of the plant and take measures to eliminate the fire with primary fire extinguishing equipment.

When performing work, it is necessary to be attentive, not to be distracted by extraneous affairs and conversations, and not to distract others from work.

Employees are responsible for violation of the requirements of this instruction in accordance with the procedure established by the Internal Labor Regulations of the enterprise and the current legislation.

Safety requirements on the territory of the enterprise

The following rules must be observed on the territory of the plant:

do not pass in places not intended for passage, do not crawl under a standing railway. composition and not cross the path in front of moving vehicles;
do not pass between uncoupled cars and platforms if the distance between them is less than 3 m and there is a locomotive nearby;
do not pass through conveyors in unspecified places and do not crawl under them;

do not fix the failed electrical equipment on your own, if necessary, contact an electrician;
do not turn on equipment that you are not assigned to work on;
do not touch moving parts and mechanisms;
be careful in production workshops and areas and beware of clothes being caught by moving parts of machines and mechanisms, falling into hatches and openings that are not accidentally closed on the floors of industrial and warehouse buildings;
If you find any malfunctions in the operation of the equipment, the absence of protective guards for moving parts of the equipment, as well as open hatches and openings in the ceilings, immediately inform the foreman or shift supervisor for immediate action.

Safety requirements in emergency situations.

All types of work must be immediately stopped upon detection of deviations from the requirements of safety, the occurrence of an emergency.

In the event of a fire, immediately turn off the equipment, report the fire to the VPO of the plant and start extinguishing the fire.

Every accident that has occurred must be immediately reported to the management, first aid should be provided to the victim, keeping, if possible, the situation at the workplace and the condition of the equipment as it was at the time of the accident, if this does not endanger the health of others and does not lead to an accident.

Safety requirements at the end of work.

Tidy up your workspace.

Turn off all electrical appliances.

Report all malfunctions in the operation of the equipment and detected violations of safety regulations to the management.

20nm chips manufactured by TSMC 18.12.2013
